I've eaten at this restaurant many times with colleagues and friends. And today, seeing their promotion offering all dishes at a flat price of 65k, I decided to take my two little ladies to try it out. But after finishing the meal and paying the bill, the staff said, "Go down to the manager to pay and 'give a 5-star review on Google' to get the price at 65k, otherwise, the price on the receipt will be the same." First: there's no such option on the Facebook page. Second: in principle, forcing customers to give a 5-star review means you should pay the original price. It's counterproductive to promoting the restaurant's image. The staff member told me to go downstairs to pay. When I met the manager: at first, she said the same thing as the waitress on the second floor, but after I pointed out the two issues above, the manager admitted that the Facebook page doesn't have a section for requesting customer reviews (how to review is up to the customer). And I also said that forcing customers to review is counterproductive to current advertising. In reality, the restaurant's dishes are very visually appealing, many are delicious (especially the rice dishes). In the end, I still paid 65k for each dish and they didn't require a review. No problem at all. Initially, I planned to give it 2 stars, but the restaurant manager handled the situation so smoothly for tonight. Otherwise, I would have been very annoyed by this situation. The restaurant's positive points are that the food came out very quickly. The presentation was beautiful. The rice dishes were the best. Everything was great if it weren't for the situation tonight.

Ngoc Chii is a vegan restaurant with a pretty good experience; it's not overly flashy but clean and pleasant. The most outstanding feature, in my opinion, is the manager, Quoc Dat – he's very competent and has a great grasp of the restaurant's operations. His staff coordination is generally effective, so the restaurant runs smoothly with few service errors. He also pays close attention to customer experience and handles situations quickly and efficiently without getting flustered. Although there are still a few minor areas that could be improved for even smoother service, overall it's good. Thanks to Mr. Dat's management style, the restaurant maintains a good level of stability. A worthwhile vegan dining experience if you're looking for a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

I visited Ngoc Chi Vegetarian Restaurant because I saw many people recommending it. My general impression is that it's a simple, unpretentious vegan restaurant, but they put a lot of heart into making the food. The dishes weren't outstanding, but they were decent; the more you eat, the more you like them. The restaurant wasn't too crowded, so it was comfortable and not noisy. The staff were okay, but Thao Vy was particularly lovely, spoke naturally, and provided excellent customer service without just going through the motions.

It's a bit disappointing because I didn't find any dishes appealing enough or to my liking. Even with Michelin-starred food, it still wasn't to my liking. They were kind of hard to eat. The coconut rice was okay, but the other dish was difficult to eat; it had too much lime and tasted strange. The prices were also high. Overall, I didn't like it. It just didn't suit my taste. Maybe it would suit many people. It wasn't as good as other restaurants.

I was truly impressed with my experience at Ngoc Chi Vegetarian Restaurant. The space is clean, quiet, and provides a feeling of peace and relaxation from the moment you step inside. The simple yet sophisticated decor creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The dishes here are delicious and skillfully prepared. The flavors are rich yet light, the ingredients are fresh, and the presentation is beautiful. Whether it's a traditional dish or a creative twist, everything is well-balanced and full of passion. I especially liked how the restaurant seasoned the food perfectly – not too oily but still very appealing. The staff were enthusiastic, friendly, and attentive. From greeting guests to finishing the meal, I felt comfortable and cared for. For me, this is not just a place to eat vegetarian food, but also a place to enjoy peace and quality. I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family. It truly deserves 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Food was very good, loved the spring rolls! Staff is very accommodating. Mya, was very friendly and welcoming to me and my friends who are visiting Vietnam. She also explains each dish in the menu which was very helpful to us when ordering, especially my friend has a peanut allergy. I recommend this resto when visiting Bana Hills.
