Allauddin's Briyani

Can feel the sincerity of the food from the use styrofoam plate and plastic utensil. The rice is tasteless. The curry is tasteless.

I wish I tried this place earlier. Mutton slid off the bone easy. Rice was spiced very...precisely? It is fragrant but leaves enough room for the mild nuttiness of the daal to come through for a very homey, elegant finish. It isn't a 'loud' briyani. It's one I can eat everyday. Thank you for the superb meal. Tip: if you get a bag of poppadum crisps (instead of the whole pieces), watch out that the fans do not blow them away when you've scattered them on your mound of delicious rice.

I orderd the fried chicken briyani. The rice has no spice fragrant and soft unlike regular briyani rice. The fried hicken breast was not tender. The bowl of curry blend and no idea what type of curry, looks more like soup. Cannot imagine eating fried chicken breast with plastic fork and spoon without breaking them. Had resorted to use the metal fork and spoon from another stall but it punctured the styrofoam plate. Why on earth use styrofoam plate, plastic fork & spoon.
