The resort boasts a lush, green environment close to nature, delicious and high-quality food, and a relaxing lakeside area. However, my experience was incomplete due to the attitude of a staff member named Tram. When I asked about the location of the restrooms, she responded rather curtly, coldly, and without warmth. When I pointed out that the seating arrangement was a bit cramped and sunny, she responded in a confrontational manner, implying that the restaurant had already arranged everything and I just didn't know how to choose a spot, which made me feel disrespected. This is quite regrettable, as a resort with such a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service is letting the customer experience be negatively impacted by the staff's attitude. Hopefully, the management will review and address this issue to ensure the quality of service matches the resort's standards.

V-Senses Cafe – Vietnamese Heritage House is a charming café located in Da Nang, offering visitors a unique combination of traditional Vietnamese culture and modern comfort. Inspired by the architecture of a classic Vietnamese heritage house, the café features wooden furniture, tiled roofs, lush gardens, and peaceful outdoor spaces that create a relaxing atmosphere. V-Senses is a beautiful and peaceful café located within the grounds of Furama Resort Da Nang. It impresses with its rustic wooden architecture, airy green spaces, and many relaxing seating areas, suitable for both families and friends. Children especially enjoy the area with rabbits, peacocks, and other friendly animals, creating a closer experience to nature. The food and drinks are beautifully presented, delicious, and served with attentive and friendly service. The space is clean, quiet, and provides a relaxing atmosphere in the heart of the city. This is an ideal place to enjoy coffee, light meals, and quality moments with family.

I had read that this place was a little oasis of tranquility away from all of the hub bub of busy Da Nang and they were right. I walked quite some distance from the My Khe part of the Da Nang beach area to this lovely place. It really is set back off the main road leading down to Hoi An and it has its own peaceful gardens and lovely, dark wooden buildings. Actually it is hidden away in a secluded corner of the Furama resort Danang. I walked onto the premises of this traditional Vietnamese house and I was immediately greeted by smiling staff who gestured to where I might want to sit and take the weight off my legs. I decided to order a traditional Vietnamese egg coffee. This lovely, thick, creamy coffee came in a delightful little cup. This is a wonderfully peaceful place. The only sounds were of the birds, including a couple of caged peacocks and the murmurings, in Russian, of other guests. The restrooms here are clean and functional.

The cafe at the resort had terrible service; even ordering drinks took a long time. I waited almost an hour and still hadn't received my drink. When I called the staff, they were incredibly rude. I can't understand why a cafe run by a resort would be so unprofessional.

The cafe was nice, quiet, the drinks were delicious, everything was fine, except for the waitress named Nguyen. I had a room at the Furama resort, so I arranged to meet a business partner at V-Senses for coffee to discuss work. When my partner left, I walked with him to the door, seeing him off to the parking lot. The three of us were walking and talking (all our belongings were still on the coffee table) when suddenly a staff member shouted, "Sir, the bill!" before we even reached the cafe door. I was taken aback because my partner was male, and I was female. He had offered to pay earlier, but I said it wasn't necessary, and I would treat him on behalf of the company. In the end, the staff member reminded my partner that we hadn't paid even 300,000 VND for the coffee. It was really embarrassing. I had to tell her we'd be back again. When I gently suggested that she shouldn't yell for the bill in that situation, with our bags and laptop right there on the table, she responded with a brazen look: "I was standing here so I didn't see." -> Well, maybe she should walk around the restaurant more to get a better feel for things. Not only was she tactless, but she also didn't bother to observe? After that, I got so annoyed that I said I didn't want the bill at the counter, and asked them to put it on the room bill instead. It was so frustrating. Honestly, if you're worried about guests skipping out on paying for coffee, it's better to quietly talk to the guests than to stand at the counter yelling, "Sir, please pay!" It's ridiculous for a 5-star resort service. I'm posting this here so the management can see the situation and improve their service.

We stopped in after visiting the playground. It's located within the Furama resort, but it's easy to find for people on the street. You can just pop in for dinner on your way from Hoi An. The restaurant's layout is interesting; you can see the bar from anywhere. The staff was very friendly, and their coffee is top-notch. There's a small animal enclosure on the property, and baby rabbits are hopping around the lawn. We were invited to pet the animals with our child.

No one asked me to write a review. ☺️ To be honest, this recommendation comes straight from my heart, because this place is truly exceptional 😁 My husband and I stopped by completely by chance. And it turned out that literally everything here is perfect. First of all, unfortunately, Da Nang and Vietnam in general feel a little noisy to me, and I suffer because of that. But this place is an exception to all the rules! It is quiet here. It is beautiful here. Every detail is thoughtfully designed. Soft, pleasant music. A wonderful atmosphere. The sound of water and birds. Cleanliness. When I come here, it feels like I am literally in a fairytale. I truly wish there were more places like this - calm and pleasant. Secondly, the people who work here are simply incredible. All of them. Baristas, waiters, chefs, managers - they deserve the highest praise. These people make me smile and feel like a truly welcome guest. I genuinely love everyone who works here. They are all kind, warm, hardworking, and pleasant people. And they also speak excellent English. Thirdly, the food. I tried several desserts and had my favorite pho bo - it was delicious. And I am a coffee lover. The coffee here is truly outstanding. I would also like to mention that I am a small blogger and sometimes record videos. The entire staff treats this with great understanding and respect, and I do the same in return. I really appreciate that, for example, they try not to make noise when passing by while I am filming. Overall, I am genuinely happy to have the opportunity to come here. The prices are above average for Da Nang, but I am absolutely willing to pay more for this level of service, cleanliness, and delicious food and drinks. This is love. ❤️🫶🏻
