The cafe is small, tucked away in an alley, unremarkable from the outside, but the interior is unique and highly impressive. - The motorbike parking area is very spacious, without a roof, but with seat covers for sun protection. - The staff mentioned that the cafe also has free car parking, only 50 meters away on foot, which is a big plus considering the cafe is in a very busy central area and offers free parking for customers 👍🏻. - The cafe has two floors; the first floor is air-conditioned and cool, while the second floor is an open space with many electric fans and greenery. They allow smoking on the second floor, so keep this in mind when choosing a seat. - The drinks menu is quite diverse, but the food selection is rather limited, only pastries and snacks. - I tried the egg coffee and peanut coffee, both delicious and impressive. Next time I'll try their salted coffee and coconut coffee, which I heard are also very good. - They serve at the table, offer free iced tea, and take orders at the table. - Food is brought directly to the table for customers. - Affordable prices, quick service, friendly staff, and English communication skills. - The lighting, atmosphere, and music in the restaurant are excellent, blending together like a gentle, melodious, and captivating piece of music. - Two floors with two shared toilets, quite clean and airy, with hand towels, face towels, etc. - A place well worth visiting and experiencing in the heart of Da Nang 👍🏻

Smoking is allowed on the second floor. It's hot, but there's a breeze and you can turn on the fan yourself. Lovely interior, a relaxing space. Quiet. In the end, I stayed for two hours. Two drinks. It's a pleasant place to be, but... Perhaps it's popular in Korea, but cute young women often wander around taking Instagrammable photos. After entering and choosing a seat, they bring you a menu. They serve cold lotus tea as a complimentary drink. The guava juice I ordered was fresh and delicious, not a pre-made product. My second drink was white coffee. It contains condensed milk, so no sugar is possible; I had it with less sugar. It's moderately sweet, but still delicious. As a refuge from the heat, it takes a little time to cool down, but you can spend a pleasant time there. The fact that they have towels to wipe away sweat in the restroom is the best!

Space: 10 Points For Nostalgia And Meticulousness Stepping through the small door of Nam House, the first impression is a vintage space with a strong Vietnamese flavour in the 80s - 90s. Every corner of the shop is meticulously taken care of, wearing a layer of warm time colour. Architecture & Decor: The shop has a warm yellow tone, dotted with rough brick walls and deep wood interior. From black and white televisions, old sewing machines, cassette players, antique clocks to antique motorbikes placed in the corner of the room — all evoke a feeling of extreme familiarity and closeness. Air & Light: Gentle golden light combined with soothing old music creates an extremely relaxing atmosphere. The shop has many private seats, very suitable for reading books, chatting with friends or simply sitting and watching the rain on the porch. Every small corner at Nam House can become an extremely "artic" retro photography background. Drinks: Rich In Traditional Flavours Not only owning an impressive space, Nam House's drink menu is also a factor that keeps customers: Egg coffee (Signature): This is definitely a "must-try" dish when visiting the shop. The egg cream layer is whipped finely, greasy but not fishy at all, harmoniously combined with the rich coffee flavour below to create an extremely complete whole. Especially on the 2nd and 20th, they have a program with the same price of 20.000 vnd for egg coffee to thank customers, this is something I find very good and appreciate, it shows that they always care about their customers Price: Very reasonable compared to the quality of experience and space that the restaurant brings. If you’re a foreigner just order at the counter and order from the left hand side menu — it is cheaper than the right hand side menu. If you sit down before ordering they will only bring you the right hand side menu which is more expensive. Ignore their excuses that somehow the recipe for higher priced menu is somehow different — it is not believable or credible. It is pure price discrimination. Response to owner's reply: The owner’s response attempts to frame their pricing strategy as a heartfelt community discount, but it contains several glaring logical inconsistencies, contradictions, and problematic admissions. 1. Contradiction of the Core Denial The Claim: The owner explicitly states, "Nam's place doesn't currently have two menus with two different prices! Our restaurant has always had only one menu..." The Reality: In the very next paragraphs, the owner details how the "Signature page" and "Classic/Traditional page" contain different pricing structures for the same standard market value (a 15–20% difference). Calling a two-page document with two distinct pricing tiers "one menu" is a semantic technicality. It is functionally two different price lists. 2. I absolutely loved it in Da Nang! This coffee shop is truly incredible... the decor is vintage, the music is from the 90s/2000s, and there are murals! I loved it 🥰 The coffee served is mainly Vietnamese style, and I'm not usually a huge fan because it's too sweet... but I did try their peanut coffee since it's their specialty (iced version), and it was so good I nearly fell over! I'm still dreaming about it... I'll definitely be back on my next visit to Da Nang, and I highly recommend you try it.

The signature hot egg coffee was good, but I thought the complimentary tea was even better. It was slightly bitter but not astringent, and I actually remembered that tea more. The decor was very retro, and the place was packed with things, making it quite memorable. There were plenty of seats, but it was also very busy, with waves of customers constantly arriving—the business was booming!

Visiting Nam House was a stroke of luck, but it attracted me with its nostalgic atmosphere and antique decor. The signature drink here is the Egg Coffee, with its unique flavor. I really enjoyed it! Hopefully, my sharing will help you find a chill and nostalgic cafe to chat at!

The interior is stylish and the egg coffee is delicious. Apparently, the 2nd and 20th of each month are special offer days, so I was able to get coffee for 20,000 dong! I don't know when I'll be coming back to Vietnam, but I've found a great place! (^_^)v
