NỐI CAFE – A GEM OF MEMORIES IN THE HEART OF DA NANG Located deep within alley 113 Nguyen Chi Thanh, Nối Cafe doesn't impress with its luxury or perfectly arranged photo spots. What keeps customers coming back is the feeling of stepping into an old house, where every item evokes a glimpse of a bygone era. The cafe's space is filled with cassette players, radios, amplifiers, tape players, CDs, clocks, old paintings, bottles, and other items that seem to have disappeared from modern life. The tiled roof, dark wooden beams, red brick floor, and mismatched tables and chairs create a unique, rustic atmosphere. The sheer number of items is almost overwhelming, but that's precisely what makes Nối resemble a "memory repository" more than a cafe decorated in a nostalgic style. What I liked most was how the space gradually opened up from the rather dark, sound-filled, and memento-filled room into the green courtyard at the back. Natural light, trees, and wooden windows lightened the atmosphere, creating a pleasant feeling despite the large crowd. This is a great place to sit slowly, have quiet conversations, listen to old music, and observe each item, rather than spending hours working on a laptop. The drinks menu is quite diverse; frequently mentioned items include egg coffee, egg cocoa, and iced coffee with condensed milk, with prices generally ranging from 15,000 to 35,000 VND. The cafe is usually open from around 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM. This place isn't for those who prefer minimalism, absolute privacy, or a truly peaceful space. But for those who love vintage items, old music, and want to find a slower pace of life in Da Nang amidst modern life, this is a worthwhile place to visit.

I've visited this cafe several times and had a great experience each time. The first thing that impressed me was the spacious, clean, and well-maintained space. The cafe has various seating areas, making it suitable for working, studying, or hanging out with friends. The lighting is pleasant, and the music is at a comfortable volume, so you can sit for a long time without feeling overwhelmed. Regarding the drinks, I appreciate the consistent quality. The coffee is aromatic, well-balanced, neither too bitter nor too weak. The blended drinks and teas are also well-made and beautifully presented. The prices are reasonable considering the quality of the products and the ambiance. Another big plus is the friendly and enthusiastic staff. From the moment you arrive until you leave, you receive attentive service, and your order is served quickly even when the cafe is busy. The seating area is always kept clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere for customers who want to stay longer. Overall, this is a cafe worth visiting if you're looking for a place to relax, work, or meet friends. The beautiful ambiance, delicious drinks, and excellent service are the reasons I'd be happy to return in the near future. It's definitely worth a visit.

The coffee was terrible, absolutely awful :)))) The cold brew had no distinct flavor, and the salted coffee had condensed milk at the bottom of the cup, making me intensely nostalgic for Hanoi coffee 🥲 The only thing that saved it all was probably the cafe's atmosphere. The cafe is spacious, with a very airy garden-style setting, perfect for a fun group outing. It has lots of greenery, more than any cafe I've ever been to. However, it gets a bit noisy when it's crowded, and there's no parking for cars; you have to park quite far away, so consider this if you're driving there.

It’s so far the best tasting coffee: egg coffee 10/10, coconut coffee 10/10, coconut cocoa - 13/10 (pure heaven). Atmospheric cafe where a rusty collections of 80-90 memories are kept in a fashionable yet warm and friendly way.

I had Tamarind coffee here for the first time and loved it. They serve it with a cute garnish of two yummy tamarind chili candies. I love those sweets. The server saw my face light up when I tasted them and asked if I would like more. The servers are very friendly. I’ve only had the tamarind coffee. My daughter had the matcha latte and said it was excellent I have been back a couple of times and each time they give me extra tamarind candies. So thoughtful! The decor is very cool. I get the sense it is a relatively new place. It’s well worth a visit. Please give them your business- you will not be disappointed!

This is definitely a trendy cafe, because you'll see many young women taking photos and checking in here, and you'll also have the chance to see many beautiful young women. That alone adds a lot of charm to the cafe. Today I ordered a cup of egg coffee; the flavor was rich and memorable. I didn't expect the coffee to be of such a high standard. Combined with the retro decor, you can see many old items, such as CD players, vintage telephones, and televisions. You can feel that the owner put a lot of thought into creating this unique environment. How could you miss such a hidden gem of a cafe in a small alley? I recommend it to anyone who loves coffee or taking Instagram-worthy photos. It's definitely one of your must-visit cafes when you visit Da Nang.

Absolutely love the classic, raw atmosphere of this café — it truly brings back the old‑days feeling. The rustic setting, filled with old‑school touches, makes it the perfect place to relax with an informal cup of coffee. The iced coffee is excellent (without too much ice), and the egg coffee is incredibly thick and rich without being overly sweet — absolutely a standout. The staff are nice and helpful, making the whole experience even better. A must‑try coffee spot in Vietnam, which you may miss it very easily.

I love the atmosphere of this cafe. There are two sides. One side (probably the original space) is a little room filled with memorabilia of music and Hollywood legends such as Jimi Hendrix, Bob Marley, Willie Nelson, John Lennon, Morgan Freeman, Marlon Brando. But step outside and the opposite side offers a much bigger space, with an outside area as well as an interior crammed full of the most impressive antique-y knick knacks you can imagine. They will tell you their specialty is the egg coffee and cacao. The egg coffee is indeed worth getting. It is rich and unctuous on the palate. I have my own special order of coffee and I have it handy to show wherever I'm at. They made it perfectly! The coffee here is bold with that rich chocolate-y finish. Spending a morning here is easy. The music is awesome, comprising 70s and 80s hits both from international and Vietnamese charts. Highly recommended!
