One of the best coffee shop in my private coffee tour list. If you are the real coffee lover, you shouldn’t miss this cafe. First, the selection of coffee bean is really amazing. It is not just because they are all high end speciality beans, but also very rare competition & exploring grade. It is absolutely difficult to find out in other places, particularly at this price. More important, their baristas are outstanding. We are serving by Phoung, she is super friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoy coffee and travel around the world for the coffee shops with heart. We are so impressed by the concept of 43. Here, no over sales brewing skill or equipments and no BS about the imagination savory, everything back to the ordinary. What Coffee taste the framer, process manager and the bean want to present and 43 restore the pure and true tasty favor of the bean to you. We order 2 pour over. The Ziriguidum #2 has great floral and sweetness aroma. The mouthfeel has high clarity of the cherry and mint favor. The finishing brought up Chrysanthemum feel. As it is an ultralight roast, the taste is very clean and the sweetness is very pleasant. This is the coffee you won’t feel the coffee kick and you can drink in summer all day long. I like it very much.

If you appreciate the rich, complex flavor profiles of authentic Vietnamese coffee, stay far away from this place. I was charged 750,000 VND for one cup of what can only be described as pretentious nonsense. The coffee itself was terrible, completely lacking the depth and character you expect here. The workers entirely matched the vibe: incredibly arrogant, rude, and dismissive. In a city filled with amazing cafes, paying this much for an undrinkable cup and a bad attitude is an absolute joke. The best thing about this restaurant is the bathrooms at least they are clean and nice. Zero stars if I could.

A friend recommended that I try this coffee shop. I love coffee and I know my coffee very well however, the insensitivity of the barista was very unacceptable. I was treated poorly with terrible customer service. The customer before me was treated like royalty because he spent 1M VND to sample the coffees and receive information on where and how they roast beans. Upon receiving my coffee it was slid in front of my face on the table like I was a dog, compared to the customers near me who had their coffee poured with a smile. When I mentioned the coffee was very watered down and sour they told me, it’s supposed to taste like water it’s light coffee, what do you want me to do about it, rolled their eyes and walked away. There were 3 males baristas. This coffee was a sour, weak cup of coffee that tasted like lemon water so I knew it wasn’t handled properly and was rushed, please retrain your staff. I can tell the demeanor of certain people are looked down upon compared to others. Needless to say this was poor quality coffee, the baristas need to be trained in dealing with first time customers from all backgrounds and ethnicities. I don’t foresee this business continuing if service is poor with noticeable classism and people with money are bribing to get information about their business. Most of the reviews don’t really rate the coffee but rather the appearance of the building which is an emotional trap mentally. I came for coffee not interior design. I will not be returning to this location. I left my coffee sitting there and took my peace of mind with me.

I had a cup of coffee that cost 375,000 VND (around 21,000 KRW). To be honest, at this price point, I felt I could have experienced a much more refined and professionally crafted coffee in Korea. It was clear that they were using high-quality beans, but unfortunately, the flavors didn’t seem to be fully brought out. My wife ordered a decaf coffee, and after adding the milk that was recommended to her, much of the coffee’s original character disappeared, leaving it tasting rather ordinary. That said, the atmosphere of the café was excellent. It was very quiet and peaceful — a perfect place to enjoy some personal time. The staff also spoke English fluently and were exceptionally kind, which left a very positive impression. If they plan to maintain this price range, I think paying a bit more attention not only to the space and service, but also to the quality of the extraction and the overall coffee experience, would make it a far better experience overall. Of course, this is just my personal opinion :)

The ambiance is great, but the service leaves much to be desired. The staff at the counter / coffee guide (with timberland shoes) was rather arrogant, isn’t particularly welcoming. The only exception was the barista with glasses, who was friendly and happy to share his knowledge. Coffee prices average around 350,000 VND per cup. Be aware that if you ask for a recommendation to match with weather in Danang, you’ll likely be directed to the most expensive coffee on the menu (750,000 VND). Regarding quality of coffee - the one I chose was not best match with my taste…

The place is very pretty and the grilled chicken panini is probably the best one we’ve ever had. However, we fell victims of Tiktok’s “hidden gem of Da Nang” videos, and did not consider the menu beforehand. They ONLY have SPECIALTY COFFEE, no tea or other beverages, no sugar to add to coffee, no latte/matcha, etc. The staff member at the counter is arrogant and didn’t care to explain types of coffees or brew types. When we asked for difference of coffee, he just showed us the posters with descriptions. I really don’t think that it is that hard to briefly and politely explain coffee types to a customer. The place is humid and hot, even working AC is not helping.
