The atmosphere and interior of this café are beautiful. I really wanted to visit this place and was excited to come here. Unfortunately, my experience with the service was disappointing. I ordered a coconut coffee and asked if I could pay by card. Only then was I informed that card payments and US dollars were not accepted, and I was told to go to an ATM to withdraw cash. After I came back with cash, the staff immediately approached me asking to pay the bill right away. This made me feel uncomfortable, as if they thought I might leave without paying. I had large bags with me and was clearly staying at the café. I might have ordered more, but this attitude ruined the experience. It's a shame because the place itself is beautiful, but customer service should make guests feel welcome and trusted, not uncomfortable.

The cafe has a beautiful view, with a misty, ethereal garden. The drinks are also quite good, comparable in price to boxed coffee but with a fresher fruit flavor. The staff are also enthusiastic. The only downside is that in a closed, air-conditioned room, many customers lack common sense; families with many children go without supervision, letting them shout loudly in the enclosed space, which is very annoying.

Service needs to improve we go there for some food but food is not available (except dessert and drink) . We went there 2:30 pm .we having drinks and dessert only one mouth around(2:50pm) service staff come and pass us for a bill 🧾🤷‍♂️ (service pass your bill mean time is up ). I don’t know he wants to chase us out or something. Only 2 seat including us . Atmospheres also got some construction will disturb you by noise 😅. Not a good experience at all for first time

The cafe is beautiful and spacious, with many photo opportunities, a misty atmosphere, decent drinks, and reasonable prices. There's an air-conditioned room with some reptiles for children to see, but the room has a slight odor, so it needs to be cleaned occasionally, and the rats should be dealt with as they run around a bit unsettling.

An incredibly beautiful coffee shop! It's surrounded by greenery, they've created wonderful locations, a mysterious path amidst the fog and rain! There are so many animals, beautiful birds, and fish. You can feed them. Delicious coffee and other drinks at reasonable prices. The atmosphere is wonderful! 😍 My son and I spent two hours there and didn't want to leave.

A very atmospheric coffee shop with beautiful greenery, decorative fish ponds and a calm tropical vibe. We came here several times mainly for drinks, which were consistently good. The food menu is quite limited, though — this place feels more focused on coffee and drinks. Service is fast, but they only accept cash. During the daytime there are usually plenty of free seats, which makes the atmosphere especially peaceful.

I had the chance to visit the cafe last year. The space is extremely spacious, with many photogenic spots for taking pictures. The drinks are delicious. A place you should definitely visit when in Da Nang.
