We visit this shop quite regularly & every time we dine here, we receive great service from Ms Tan WK. Whenever she sees us with our young children, she always helps arrange comfortable seating for us, which we really appreciate. Whenever we order the side specials (udon, steam egg & etc), the food is served promptly and arrives fresh. Although the dining area is a little smaller compared to some other outlets, the overall experience is always pleasant and enjoyable, making it a nice place for family meals. This month, the Minion & Monsters promotion caught my kids’ attention, so we decided to dine here again. The special Minion-themed items were refreshing and tasty, and the kids really enjoyed them. We truly appreciate the attentive service and warm hospitality, and we look forward to coming back again.

The atmosphere here was pleasant 😌, and the service was efficient and friendly. The food was generally acceptable, though I was a bit let down by the ebi, which was not warm as expected 🍤. Other locations have offered freshly fried items, so that was a slight disappointment this time around 🤷.

Not recommended to go. Had a very bad experience at this place. Service is slow & the kitchen staff spent their time looking at people outside instead of preparing food. No wonder so many people here complaining about the ordered food slow delivery. Some food on the moving belt are not spaced out & the same kind all move together. Some food do not look fresh at all. Spend your money elsewhere or at other outlets. The boss should go see the deep issues at this restaurant, maybe the manager there got a problem.

The menu lacked variety every time I am here, so I still placed an order. Unfortunately, the wait was excessively long, so I asked to speak with the manager. The manager told me my order was already being prepared and is being placed on the conveyor NOW. However, when I checked with initial staff member, I found out the kitchen had actually forgotten my order and had not even started preparing. This raises two concerns: first, why did the manager give me inaccurate information instead of checking on my order, and second, why wasn't any action taken when I asked for assistance?

I took the lunch on Monday at this restaurant.They didn’t remove the skin,it looks disgusting and tastes bad.

We were there for a late lunch. Service was slow as usual. And food is as average. What really pissed us is was the fact that we ordered 2 set of takoyaki. After we ordered, we waited for 20 min as the waiter did mention. At the 25 min mark we ask again which he said it will be ready in 3 mins. Then which we waited another 10 min which we can clearly see the kitchen staff and eating the cook takoyaki with their bare hands which frustrated us even more. It reached a point where we said we stood up to leave then the manager stood up to plate it and bring it to us which they then still got the order wrong. Out all all the times that we have been there, this is the most disappointing experience.
