Starbucks West Coast Plaza

I placed an order for a Tall Hot Yuzu Tea via Starbucks App at 6:32pm (Estimated preparation time of 3–7 minutes as indicated by app) However, my order was not attended to until approximately 6:47pm. This is 15 minutes after it was placed. During this time, I observed the male staff member serving customers who ordered at the counter, including one customer at around 6:45pm, while my mobile order remained unattended. When he finally prepared my order, he made the wrong drink, serving me a cold Yuzu Tea instead of the hot version that I had ordered. As a result, I waited 15 minutes for a mobile order that was supposed to be ready within 3–7 minutes, only to have it prepared incorrectly on the first attempt. I immediately informed him that the order was incorrect. He then re-made the drink. When he served it to me, there was no apology. It was as if everything was very normal. The purpose of ordering through the Starbucks App is to save customers time. In this instance, the mobile ordering process failed to deliver that convenience. The delay, coupled with the incorrect order, reflects a lapse in both order management and quality control. I expect Starbucks to investigate this incident, explain what went wrong, and let me know what actions will be taken to prevent similar experiences from happening again. I also expect an appropriate service recovery in view of the inconvenience caused. (See photo of the staff)

Had a pleasant experience today during lunch time. Special mention to Kaylin who attended to us today. We received a beautifully written comment on one of our drinks that made our day. Was definitely nice touch that helped us destress from work.

I always look forward to my visits to the Starbucks at West Coast Plaza — the staff here truly make the difference. From the moment I walked in, I am greeted with genuine warmth and a smile. The team is incredibly attentive, remembers my order, and goes out of their way to make me feel welcome. My drinks are always prepared quickly and exactly to my liking. It is clear that the crew here genuinely cares about their customers. This is easily one of the best Starbucks experiences I have had — highly recommend stopping by!

Having a great time here at Starbucks, sharing a nice cup of Iced Peppermint Mocha and Chocolate Chunk Monster Cookie with my friend. Service was friendly too.

Went on a weekday in June, male staff with long hair (abt shoulder length?) is very rude and not friendly at all. Hostile towards customers and bc of this, I am NOT returning to my frequented Starbucks outlet here at West Coast Plaza. I am done with this rude attitude and service. OG customers will remember the sweet and friendly staff that used to work at this outlet during Covid times. Will never return back here to pay $10 for a coffee and get treated by such atrocious and unwelcoming attitude by the staff!

Sun morning, a breakfast set, waited more than 30 mins. Come on, just heat up the food. Over ordering is a big problem. When the shop has no policy to control orders, especially excessive take away orders, it exhausts your staff and piss off your shop customers. I ended up with leaving the shop without the food come due to work. Very bad experience.
