Starbucks - Punggol Coast

We had our gender reveal at Starbucks punggol coast and it was such a wonderful experience! Azzy and her colleague provided exceptional service and were very accommodating all throughout. Both of them are friendly, and genuinely excited for us, which made the celebration even more memorable. They have truly provided exceptional service that we really appreciate! This branch is definitely one of the best Starbucks outlets I’ve visited! Highly recommended for anyone looking for great coffee and outstanding hospitality! Disclaimer: they didn’t ask for a review. Bought 6 slices of tiramisu cake to celebrate a colleague's birthday (he loves tiramisu). Unfortunately they don't have a full cake, but I guess just as well, as 6 was almost too much for us to finish. Also unfortunately, they don't provide candles. Otherwise, the cakes were delicious, service was pretty good, and ambience, while I didn't stay there to enjoy the cake, was standard Starbucks, which is quite nice.

Starbucks @ Punggol Digital District Punggol Digital District is a new work-live-learn-and-play integrated development. You can walk from one building to another with all sheltered walkways and won't have to worry about traffic, as it is a car-free district. If you look up, you will see bridges linking all the buildings. *The Punggol Heritage Trail is a good place for a walk or jog. *​Various offices. *​Hawker Centre. *​Various restaurants, cafes, and fast-food outlets. *​Supermarket. *​Other retail shops. *​Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT). *​Many HDB blocks surrounding the area. ​Autonomous vehicles will be tested on the roads here in Punggol and expected to be in operation by the year 2026.

Azeerah and Tasha have the warmest hearts this cold cold rainy day. My phone battery drained out possibly due to the cold weather and I needed a small charge so that I could get pay for some food and drink after the long walk around the punggol heritage trail. Plus enough battery power in the phone so that I could get home using the mrt. I was rejected by 2 cafes and 2 passerby before I tried Starbucks. Without any hesitation, Azeerah agreed to help and we chatted quite a bit too. While waiting, she offered a cup of water to me. Tasha was also super friendly and together they really lifted my mood for the day! Well done both of you for being decent and helpful! You've got a Starbucks fan for life!

Visited this outlet on national day and was appalled by the service from the crew. Starbucks membership card and app was not working that day and there were many customers in the shop trying to get their app to load. However, none of the staff bothered to inform customers about it until they reach the cashier. The one circled in red was a legend. He stared and look the customer and she struggled with the app as well as managing her 4 children. Knowing that the app was not working, he could have inform her about it. But he stared at her blankly. Overall, the staff here lacks initiative and ownership and should be sent for further customer service training.

Had a great experience here. Azzy was such a kind and helpful staff, I spilled my drink and she was very happy to help and clean it, I really appreciate the drink too! Thank you, Azzy! Will definitely come back here again.

Ordered a wrong Hojicha tea latte with too much sweetness, barista lady was very kind to caution me & helped me change to a new drink without hesitation & served it to my table. Thank you!

First time visiting this outlet at 8pm on a weekday evening, and was so pleasantly surprised by the staff who greeted us warmly and immediately made us feel welcome! The tiramisu cake here was fresh, and the same friendly staff not only made our drinks very quickly but also she even served it to us at our table! Best service I experienced in a Starbucks in Singapore! The place was spacious and cool. Wonderful way to end a workday!
