Got the special chicken shawarma, but it was packed with fries - felt like half of it was just fries. They completely took over the taste and made it pretty dry. Honestly, it ended up feeling like I was just eating fries in a wrap. I kept eating, hoping I’d get past the fries at some point, but nope - they were in every bite all the way through. I guess next time I’d have to order it without fries to actually taste the shawarma. Also tried the falafel. The balance was okay, but it was kind of bland - could definitely use more salt or seasoning. Still edible, just nothing special. Not trying to mess with your rating, so I’ll give more stars than I probably should. Hope you can tweak this a bit.

I dont understand the high reviews, maybe I was very unlucky but... The Chicken Pita was unedible, sauce(curry) and carrot overload. That was all that I could taste. The pile of carrots in the photo is from HALF of my Chicken Pita. Also requested light sauce and it was nuked with sauce... No cucumbers and a bunch of carrot in a Greek Salad is not really a Greek Salad. Greek inspired at best... Idk the food felt uninspired and ditsy. I really tried to like it, but just no redeming qualities and couldnt even finish my meal due to the two dominating flavors taking away from the other flavors. The only positive I could find was they actually salt their fries, unlike most places. So I did enjoy that. TLDR; My Chiken Pita tasted like a Curry Carrot Pita. Greek salad didnt taste Mediterranean. Fries were pretty good.

Kebab Ngon is so hard to find it might as well be in witness protection. The sign is basically playing hide-and-seek, and winning. Honestly, the only proof this place exists is the swarm of Grab scooters constantly pulling up like it’s a fast-food stock exchange, snatching pre-ordered bánh mì like they’re trading gold bars. Is this the best bánh mì in Da Nang? I mean… I haven’t tried every bánh mì in the city yet, but I also haven’t found anything better, so let's call it “undefeated by default.” We ordered both the lamb and the chicken versions, because self-control is overrated and wow. Just… yum. The kind of yum that makes you briefly reconsider all life decisions that didn’t involve eating here sooner.

Finding halal food can be tricky, but Kebab Ngon on GrabFood was a top result when I searched. I checked Google Maps reviews, and someone confirmed it's halal. I also looked at their menu – no pork and no lard, which is good. Unfortunately they do sell alcohol, so food delivery its a better options. I ordered the Banh Mi Beef, and it was delicious! I even added extra meat, which made it even better. The mix of veggies, sauce, meat, and bread was perfect. I really hope they add a "halal" sign. It would make it so much easier for Muslim travelers like me to find their restaurant online. Overall, a fantastic meal!

Had the beef shawarma with feta cheese in it. Damn, it was good. The beef was juicy, the feta added a nice salty kick, and everything worked perfectly together. Definitely one of the better shawarmas I’ve had. Ordered the small size and it was surprisingly filling too. Would gladly come back for another one.

I ordered the beef Banh mi it’s delicious but not your typical Vietnamese Banh mi the toppings and the sauce is different. The bread still lite and crispy. Reminded me of a cheesesteak from back in the USA. It was so good I came back a couple more times. The fries are crispy and the service was good. Our hotel was 4 minutes away so it was perfect for us. My partner got the chicken pita, they said it was just ok for them. They wanted the shawarma but the photos gave a wrap vs the thicker bread of that the shawarma is traditionally served on.
