The Goodburger Food Truck

We were so shocked how could a vegan patty taste exactly like a beef patty!! This is right up our alley! Might be better than One Fattened Calf! 🤯 If you like pickles, you would like the classic burger!

‘Good’ doesn’t do it justice! Love the burgers. Friendly and quick service. A good range of types, but not too many, and really tasty! Wish they would branch out to the UK!

I went during lunch with my kid. I ordered rendang burger and a classic burger student set meal ($10 - not bad as it comes with fries, no drinks). The burger were not bad for impossible burger. It is an outdoor setting, and there are umbrella shades that will be sheltering you when you are having your meal. If there's rain, probably will be be wet. Is more suited for night time chilling out or take away. Take away cost another 50cents. This should be indicated explicitly.

Entered the seating area just before opening time. Employee on shift Saturday 8th August at 11 am (curly hair young man) ask us to wait first, no problem. After that at eleven we go try order but boy is so busy crouched down behind the counter on his phone he doesn’t notice. In the short amount of time we were there he spent majority of the time on his phone which is extremely unprofessional. I’ve been coming to good burger for years, I always get the same thing. We order two burgers, a side of mozzarella sticks and two sides of fries. He forgets one side of fries and gives us half the portion I have been receiving over the past years. Either consistency is incorrect or employee don’t know how to do his job. On top of that, the employee himself was quite rude, this brings your satisfaction and overall atmosphere as a company down which is disappointing. I work food and beverage as well, I would not treat a customer like that and prioritise my service and satisfaction. All the other employees I have met over the years have been kind and make good food. Today, employee damn lazy. The burgers were undercooked so I didn’t finish mine, the portion of fries was small for full price and the overall experience was just awful. I paid over 40 dollars and it hit was not that quality. If you want to come eat, can. You just see which employee working. Some employees at this job actually care about their job. Others like the young man today produce low quality food with bad service. Discipline your employee.

Didn’t even realise it was plant-based until halfway through 😮‍💨 Juicy, super tasty burgers that don’t feel like a “substitute” at all. They are flavourful and delicious. No wonder they have become a staple at almost every event! Would 100% bring my meat-loving friends here and not explain anything. Just eat and enjoy!

The burgers here are actually really good, but there's a big issue with their delivery that they don't mention on their website. They use Lalamove for fulfillment. Because drivers often pick up other jobs or take detours, the delivery timing is a complete gamble. I ordered today and the food arrived very cold after sitting in transit for over an hour, which is a big food safety issue for kids. To the owner's credit, when I reached out, he was very responsive and issued a full refund immediately. The customer service is great and they take accountability, but they really need to be transparent on their site about using a third-party courier so customers know what to expect. Stick to dine-in or self-pickup if you can!

Didn’t read the fine print 😅—it’s completely vegan! The soy burger patty was surprisingly tasty, and the sauce was really good. I tried the rendang “ham” burger; while it’s not quite worth the price or the heat, it was still a fun experience.
