probably my new favourite songfa outlet to date excellent customer service, we were seated quickly and everything was pleasant, when we came, we ordered the pork ribs and the kidney soup but the rice was delayed as they just ended a wave of dinner crowd the staff apologised and proactively gave updates on the waiting time without me asking, appreciated the updates and made sure my partner and i were taken care of we understand that during dinner rushes it’s common to wait and we came in fully expecting to wait also, they even offered us a drink for our troubles which i highly appreciated small gestures go a long way! kudos to the team here, very helpful and proactive staff

Comforting meal with a good variety beyond just bak kut teh. The peppery pork ribs soup was satisfying and we also enjoyed the crispy garlic fried chicken sliced fish soup mee sua and braised sides. Nice spot for a sharing feast or comfort food especially if you’re around Somerset area.

Excellent Singapore Bak Kut teh peppery style. Staff were very attentive and top up our soups FOC.

Nice spot with really good bak kut teh. The place is small and best suited for groups of 2–4, making it ideal for an intimate meal rather than larger gatherings.

Of all the Songfa restaurants I've tried, this one has the best number of soups and the best service. At the other ones, all I did was chat.

During our years living in Singapore, Song Fa has been our absolute favorite local food. The pork slices and kidneys in their Bak Kut Teh are incredibly tender, and the fried dough sticks soak up the broth while retaining a slightly crispy texture – perfect! The blanched vegetables are also made with care, very tender and crisp. This branch in Somerset 111 is the most welcoming and has the best service of all the Song Fa locations we've tried. They notice if you need more broth and proactively refill it, ensuring you always enjoy your food at the hottest, most delicious temperature. Their braised dishes, stir-fried pork in clay pot, and stewed pork ribs with radish in clay pot are also delicious. Highly recommended!
