ViVo City's underground food court requires reservations. You need a QR code to order. The environment is clean and tidy, and wet wipes are provided free of charge. We ordered an extra portion of braised pork intestines and braised pork belly. The intestines were very flavorful and tender, but the bottom layer of lean meat in the braised pork belly was very dry. The Bak Kut Teh soup had a slightly peppery flavor; the ribs were large pieces with a good chewy texture. Overall, the environment was quite nice.

We found their poster on ground level, which was very enticing. So, we went all the way down to the basement—either basement 1 or 2, I can’t remember. We discovered that it had been awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand. Many people were lining up to dine here, though we didn’t wait too long—probably just about 15 minutes. There was plenty of staff making sure everything was in order. The tables turned over quickly, orders were delivered fast, and some staff roamed around to check on customers and stay visible, just in case anyone needed something. They don’t speak English, but we didn’t have any problems since orders are made via QR code with English descriptions. Most restaurants in Singapore are like this. You can order using your phone through a QR code, and some even offer payment options there as well. For Song Fa, however, you pay at the cashier. Once you’ve ordered via QR, you just wait for it to be served. Their tables are a bit small, suitable for only two people per table, but of course, they can accommodate larger groups too — just need to arrange the tables. We ordered Pork Ribs Soup and Braised Pork Belly, and wow, we left the restaurant very satisfied. That was the first decent meal we’ve had since arriving in Singapore. I would highly recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really enjoyed this Prime Spare Ribs Soup. It has a slight hint of spiciness (if you don't tolerate spice at all it has a peppery kick), for Koreans it isn't spicy at all (you can add chillies- but warning! They are spicy chillies)! The fritters were nice and crunchy, and the leafy greens were great too.

Heartwarming and comforting ❤️ When you're tired from walking, a bowl of Bak Kut Teh is perfect. The aroma of white pepper and garlic in the broth is irresistible, incredibly flavorful. The bones are so tender they practically fall apart with a bite, the meat completely absorbing the rich broth 🥳 By the way, the peanuts in Singapore are all perfectly round and plump, cooked until soft and fluffy – absolutely delicious ❤️

Vivo City Song Fa is a great spot for a comforting, hearty bak kut teh with some variety. The slice fish BKT was a pleasant surprise the fish was tender and fresh, soaking up the rich peppery broth beautifully without falling apart. The tenderloin bak kut teh was just as impressive. The pork was soft, juicy, and well-marinated, making every bite satisfying. The broth here really stands out—fragrant, peppery, and deeply comforting, exactly what you want from a good BKT. Overall, Vivo City Song Fa delivers consistently good quality with a nice variety of options beyond the usual pork cuts. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the mood for a warm, flavourful meal.

As expected, it’s a great restaurant. There was no wait when I visited, and since it was delicious, I ordered more. It was even better that the broth was refillable, and every item on the menu was tasty.

Been a while since I last dined at Song Fa, and decided to have it for dinner this evening. We arrived early and had no trouble getting a table for two. We ordered the Pork Rib Soup, Braised Beancurd Skin, Dough Fritters and Kai Lan. Even though we ordered the small portions, the servings were quite generous for two people. The pork rib soup came with three large, meaty ribs that were tender and easy to eat. The broth was peppery and served piping hot, although it cooled down fairly quickly. One thing I appreciated was how attentive the staff were in offering soup refills throughout the meal. The Braised Beancurd Skin and Kai Lan were both well done. The only slight disappointment was the dough fritters, which I found a little too oily for my liking. A nice touch was that the wet wipes were complimentary, unlike many other restaurants. The place also filled up with tourists surprisingly quickly, even before 5.30 pm, so arriving early is definitely a good idea.

I always eat at this restaurant whenever I'm in singapore. The bak kut teh is highly recommended. They have several branches across the country. I eat at this location on the way home from Universal. Noteworthy. If you eat at any branch, there is always a queu.
