Update: Had a bad tummy about 6 hours after the meal. ___________________ Coin Prata doughy and crispy and was very good when I tried a piece without any curry. The Plain Prata was good as well for regular plain Prata. The fish curry is flavorful and overly so but the sweetness is what threw me off. The savory and spice level is fine for me but I did not understand why it’s so sweet. As it’s not great I decided to try it with another curry. Enter the mutton curry and it’s… overly sweet too. The pratas by themselves are 4/5 but the curries are 1/5 and as I always eat my pratas with curry, the meal is dragged down by the sweet, off tasting curry. Totally not worth the carbs and cals. The service was fine but the coffee shop could be cleaner. raphmeister overall ⭐️ score translation * 5 = Excelllent & "I'll be back" * 4 = Good to great. Will consider a return * 3 = Mid... we don't need mid * 2 & 1 = Waste of cals and not coming back

This was a 2nd visit. Went on Wednesday ard 0830h. There was abt 6 person queue in front of me but it was moving fast. Weekend likely longer queue. Prata is good but slightly sweet. Probably add condensed milk in the dough. Its the crispy type unlike Roti Prata House is super crispy. I prefer the doughy one. Fish curry is tasty n slightly spicy. 3 plain prata for $4.20. Including teh peng $6.. Will visit again if around the area..

Including here, I got to try out recently some of the more 'famous' prata stalls that include Master Prata and Mr & Mrs M. Have to say this place is my least favorite, not sure did I got a previous 'rejected' pratas because they managed to serve my order immediately, even the plaster prata which most stalls would not pre-made. While the pratas were still warm, it was devoid of any crispiness, and the curry was so OMG sweet. Is sweet curry a new trend now? They are not the only one that is serving this type of curry recently.

Came here on a Saturday morning around 11am, there were tables around and a queue, queued for about 15mins. The kosong prata is tasty, egg prata was average. Being someone who always chooses fish curry, the chicken curry here is better. The fried chicken is tasty and delicious! Overall still a great popular prata option!

Finally got to try this and the prata is heavenly! Ordered one plain and one egg, both had their own merits. The dough had a unique fragrance that tasted familiar, yet not something I can place. It was chewy, soft and crispy in the right spots. I asked for the fish curry after reading reviews and it was thick and had depth. Visited around 3pm plus on a weekday and business was constant, which was impressive. Pratas were freshly tossed and cooked, the wait of around 10mins was so worth it!

I ate at this coffee shop twice. Simple nondescript setup but is well known for their roti prata (freshly made and crispy, curry packs a punch) and mee goreng (very tasty). Their neighbour is also famous for their kaya toast and coffee.

Pratas were excellent with a doughy centre and crispy edges but we found the curries too sweet - both the fish and chicken version. If the crisp is what you like, definitely have to order the coin pratas which were so easy to pop and finish. Long queue on a weekend morning, 40 minutes queue plus another 5 minutes wait for the coin pratas which. Will return for the pratas but maybe i'll bring curry from another place?
