Springleaf Prata Place - SAFRA Yishun

I just went to the Woodlands CC branch & it made me realised how exceptional this Yishun branch was, hence dropping a review here because the staff deserves recognition. This is always my go-to outlet to go to, and I would frequent here few times a month. Very stroller friendly, the staff is initiative & would offer a baby chair too. Service is always efficient & smooth. PRATA IS ALWAYS AMAZING!!! The crisp is perfect, crispy but soft. The outlet is clean & well-maintained too. Never fails to disappoint, thank you springleaf pls dont close down this outlet ever. ❤️

Just had a pleasant meal at Springleaf Prata Place in SAFRA Yishun and really enjoyed the experience. The restaurant has a modern, clean, and welcoming vibe with comfortable booth seating, nice pendant lighting, and a casual yet polished look. The white brick walls with the food posters immediately make you hungry! The prata selection looks extensive from the menu displays — from classic options to creative ones like Prata Alfredo and Salted Egg Prawn Prata. Portions seemed generous, and the place was busy with families and groups, which is always a good sign. Service was efficient and friendly, even during what looked like a steady flow of customers. It’s a solid spot for a relaxed meal in the area — good value, comfortable seating, and tasty-looking food. Will definitely be back to try more items. Recommended if you’re in the Yishun/SAFRA area. 👍

One of the best prata in Yishun. Made light and crispy, the way we like it. We ordered the Lamb Shank Briyani. Very delicious and well made.

My favourites are Murtaburger (delicious) and Prata Coin (its crunchy and yummy). My daughter loves Chocolate Prata. The things which should be evaluates are that for nasi goreng kampung (the chips is lemau means soft like didnt cover properly or quite long for storage), the taste is so so, the rice for nasi goreng is too soft. Masala thosai is just okay and the fillings (potato) are not much. Then, I prefer the old decoration which show the invention of prata every year but this time, no more already the pictures and no tv which last time, they put it to show the promotions, etc.

So crispy. Too much already. Not the prata I'm expecting.

I've been buying prata here since I started a swimming habit (I know, I know...) Excellent service! The counter staff even told me of a SAFRA voucher I didn't know about, which was an awesome move. Highly recommended!

I honestly really enjoyed the fried chicken briyani. The rice was super fragrant and nicely spiced—not too strong, but still full of flavour. The fried chicken was the highlight for me, crispy on the outside and still juicy inside, which went really well with the rice. Everything just came together nicely without feeling too heavy or oily. Portion was quite generous too, so I left feeling really satisfied. Would definitely order this again!

If you’re craving something comforting and satisfying, prata is always a great choice—and this place really delivers. The prata was crispy on the outside while staying soft and fluffy inside, with that perfect buttery aroma that hits you the moment it arrives. Each bite had a nice balance of flakiness and chewiness, showing that it was freshly made on the spot. Dhinesh service was very good and he is so kind.
