Well, even though there are many Mala hotpot stall around the area, this probably the best Mala Hotpot I tried around Jurong West st 41.
I ordered a 中辣 Mala Hotpot with selection of some luncheon meat, mushrooms, veggies and koka noodles, and a plate of 辣子鸡 for 2 pax.
I personally do not like those too dry and it will just turn me off if it’s just too oily. The bowl of Mala is well stir-fried and you can smell the “wok hey” without seeing the soggy noodle. The toppings of crunchy peanuts, sesame seeds and some corianders make the bowl of Mala hotpot palatable.
Taste good! Will definitely come try more of other dishes from this stall!
