Went here for the first time yesterday And the nasi lemak here really surprised me Ordered a beef one and a fried chicken one within a day cause it is such a great combination of protein,spicy sauce and the coconut-flavour rice! Definitely gonna come here again and again to try some new cuisines.

There's so much (not necessarily expensive) food choices here! Pls try out: scrambled egg with char siew/chicken cutlet, the mixed rice stall (cheap!). The Ayam penyet stall is fine. It's neither too bad nor a superstar. There's a LOT of people here during lunch. Please ask around to share a table.

We went to this food court at the university cafeteria with some student friends from NUS. It's very convenient because the prices are student discounts, so cheaper than the average food court, and it's open daily from 11 am to 2 pm. We tried several different dishes; the signature Indonesian dish features amazing chicken. I highly recommend the stand in the middle that serves Muah Chee (mochi dough with sugar, soy powder, and peanuts, $3) and Popiah (rolls, very fresh, inexpensive, $2.50, and made to order). The Chor Fun stand (thick rice noodles) is also delicious.

(04/08/25) We're here fairly often and renovations were recently completed after a month. A couple stalls that we used to frequent has been replaced and I feel not for the better. The Japanese curry stall which was pretty good is gone as is the tenderfresh express. Fortunately a couple of our usual favourites, the [YongTauFoo] stall and the [MiniWok] stall are still there and [DanLao]. Tried the new stall, [Pondok Nasi Lemak] and it was meh. While the ayam berempah was eatable, it's a shadow of how great a ayam berempah could actually be. The rendang was unfortunate. I ate half and gave up. Flavours @ UTown is a fresh new vibe! With more food variety, cleaner tables and chairs, lunch just got an upgrade. There’s a new halal Nasi Lemak stall that is tempting me everyday and I made a mental note to try the baked nasi lemak on my diet cheat day! 😅 I also love that I can have my fave Koka Noodle any time now. Besides noodles, the same Koka stall sells incredibly tasty and hearty Cantonese chok (porridge). Now, I’m just waiting for my friends outside UTown to come and meet me for lunch. Good canteen value price at NUS

Serious misrepresentation by the Indian store in their menu. They have Plain Prata (1 pc) on the menu but you cannot order it. Minimum order they insist is 2 pieces. If that’s so, why put the single piece option on the menu?

love the food but please lower down the rental so we can enjoy such a cheaper option in the campus😭🙏🏻
