Extremely disappointing and honestly shocking. The food I received was clearly not fresh. The cucumber was soft and shriveled, the greens were wilted, the tomatoes did not look fresh, and the entire portion consisted of only a few olives, a few dates, a few tomato slices and some old-looking leaves. To make matters worse, the hummus had white spots that appeared to be mold. At that point, I no longer felt safe eating anything from the box. I ended up throwing away the entire meal because I genuinely did not trust the quality or freshness of any of the ingredients. I wouldn’t even serve food in this condition to animals. This was a complete waste of money and one of the worst food orders I have ever received. Very disappointing.

I wanted to like this place but was unfortunately disappointed in the food and more importantly the service. I first came to Baked and enjoyed a cappuccino. I returned again to try the breakfast and ordered their “Original Best Scramble.” It was very heavy on the crème and the butter, you could barely taste the eggs. I asked the waiter if they could remake the eggs without the crème and butter because it was way too heavy, and he refused. He said I would have had to tell him in advance and that’s how just they make them here. I understand that the menu states it has crème and butter, but it tasted like eating lard. I could not eat it and they refused to just make simple eggs. I thought that was extremely poor customer service and will not be returning. How much is it to make 2 scrambled eggs and keep a customer happy? I went down the block to Nüde and was greeted by warm smiles and the best breakfast! I guess everything happens for a reason.

Breakfast place serving pretty good food and coffee overall. The atmosphere is nice and it’s a pleasant spot to start the day. The main downside was a leaking glass ceiling panel. The silicone seals looked very worn out, with visible black/green algae, and water kept dripping down while we were seated. We had to keep shifting our seats to avoid the drips, which created an awkward gap between us. It also made us wonder whether the glass panel was still safely secured. I noticed many 5-star reviews recommending “The Original Best Scramble,” but personally I found it quite bland. There were also no salt and pepper shakers on the table, which didn’t help. I would instead recommend the Tortilla de Patatas, it was tasty, more flavorful, and felt more unique compared to the other dishes. Overall, a decent breakfast spot, but the maintenance issue with the ceiling really needs attention.

Concept is - you either order at the counter, or if you sit down a waiter will come to you but after you order you have to close out the tab right there, or 3rd option you order via QR code on the table and pay online or at the counter. A little bit confusing imo but ok. Foodwise - i tried the brioche bun with egg and bacon it was very good. Whats outstanding is their coffees - those are excellent especially if you like specialty coffee. Pricewise - typical price for a fancy breakfast spot in Bali nothing different. Also beaware - as it is very often in Bali restaurants all prices are excluded of tax (usually 10%) and service charge (ranges from 5-10%)

Baked is a solid, dependable bakery spot that does exactly what it promises: good bread, good pastries, and a convenient location in the heart of Berawa. The first thing you notice when walking in is the smell of freshly baked bread, which already sets the tone. Their selection of breads and pastries is genuinely strong — crusty loaves, soft buns, and classic pastries that are well-executed and satisfying. Everything tastes fresh, and you can tell care goes into the baking process. If you’re someone who appreciates proper carbs, this place will make you happy. That said, this is very much a carb-lover’s spot. If you’re keto, low-carb, or looking for gluten-free or alternative options, you’ll probably struggle to find something suitable. The menu clearly leans toward traditional bakery items, so it’s best enjoyed as a treat rather than an everyday stop if you’re watching your carb intake. The location is another big plus. Situated in Berawa, it’s easy to pop in before heading to the beach, after a workout, or while café-hopping in the area. It’s casual, relaxed, and works well for a quick takeaway or a short sit-down visit. Overall, Baked in Berawa is a good bakery with great bread and pastries, a prime location, and a straightforward concept. It may not cater to every diet, but if you’re craving quality baked goods and don’t mind the carbs, it’s definitely worth stopping by at least once.

First of all, the service was quite underwhelming. We didn’t feel welcomed at all during ordering. The cashier seemed to be in a bad mood and came across as somewhat unfriendly. The food was okay overall. The açaí bowl was very average. The pastries, however, tasted good—especially the kimchi cheese, which was quite unique. That said, they would be better if they were crispier and less chewy. The smoked salmon bagel was decent as well. The coffee was great. Will not revisit…

+ Good ambience and lot of seating option + they have indoor AC room for non smoking and outdoor for smoking area - I was curious about their pastry and happened to stop by. I ordered their Almond croissant and asked to get it reheated. At the moment I sit on the table, the waitress came and bring my order. What a surprise, they said they cant reheated the pastry due to the trouble on their oven. I was really upset, why they didnt inform me earlier if the oven was in trouble? I have to wait more than 20minutes to get my croissant ready. The taste for sure nothing special

I usually go to urban bites, but in the interest of trying something new I went to baked, they are such an oiled machine of a business that it took exactly 3 minutes for me to pay and get my food at the table. I was so impressed. I went back to the counter and ordered more. Their pastries are unbelievable, fresh out the oven and unique not to mention Beautiful. I had two cans of called brew and three pastries: the pastrami croissant, the kimchi and cheese croissant and the meat pie all of them were delicious. All in all I paid about 250,000 rupiah but I definitely gorged myself. The staff was welcoming and professional. Nothing else I have to say besides great work I will be coming back.
