We had a wonderful experience at SKIRT, and a special mention to Anis, the Assistant Venue Manager, who really made an impression on us. He is incredibly passionate about what he does, experienced, and gave us some genuinely great recommendations. We also had such a lovely chat with him, he was warm, engaging, and clearly very knowledgeable ☺️ And of course, the food was fantastic! We particularly loved the smoked butter and the beef tartare. It’s always refreshing to meet someone who is so passionate about their work and genuinely cares about the experience he creates for his guests. I hadn’t visited Skirt for a while, given the many dining options available today. I chose it to celebrate a friend’s birthday and made a reservation in advance. Before the visit, I checked if I should pre-order any dishes to avoid disappointment. I was advised that it wasn’t necessary, except to reserve one particular cut - which I did based on the recommendation. Unfortunately, by the time we arrived for our reservation, the few cut that my birthday guest and friends had specifically wanted was already sold out. It was a disappointing experience, especially considering the expectations associated with a restaurant in a 5/6-star hotel. Better communication and reservation management would go a long way in creating a more seamless guest experience especially in SG’s dining scene.

SKIRT at Sentosa Cove exceeded every expectation with an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The elegant ambience and warm, attentive service made the evening feel truly special. The beef tartare was incredibly fresh, beautifully seasoned, and perfectly balanced, making for a delightful start to the meal. The standout was undoubtedly the Picanha steak—expertly grilled over an open fire, with a smoky char, tender pink centre, and a rich, melt-in-the-mouth fat cap that showcased the quality of the beef. Every course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Combined with impeccable service and a relaxing waterfront setting, SKIRT offers one of the finest steakhouse experiences in Singapore. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an unforgettable meal.

We dined at SKIRT at W Singapore - Sentosa Cove recently and were seated on the outdoor terrace because a large party was occupying the main indoor dining area. While the setting outside was fine, the overall experience felt somewhat overpriced for the quality and portion sizes served. It’s a decent spot, but the value for money didn't quite match expectations.

Had an absolutely beautiful dinner experience at SKIRT Restaurant! The environment is stunning, featuring a chic, upscale interior with warm, ambient lighting and an impressive open-kitchen concept that lets you watch the chefs at work. It sets the perfect mood for a special evening out. The food was phenomenal from start to finish. The clear highlight of the meal was the ribeye steak—it was excellent, cooked to absolute perfection, incredibly juicy, and packed with rich flavor. Every other dish we tried was equally impressive. We started with fresh, warm sourdough bread served with a flavorful spread and a couple of delicate, crisp amuse-bouche tarts. The octopus appetizer was beautifully presented with a striking black ink sauce and tasted fantastic. To wrap up a wonderful night, we finished with a smooth, rich cup of coffee paired with some decadent chocolate truffles. What truly elevated the entire dining experience, however, was the hospitality. The servers are absolutely lovely, attentive, and highly professional, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout the entire night. Everything from the food quality to the vibe was flawless. I highly recommend this spot and will definitely be returning!

Throughly enjoyed this steakhouse in Sentosa. The bread at the start was excellent with the unique butter. The scallop was tender and the striploin steak was delicious and paired perfectly with the mashed potatoes and crunchy crispy french fries. The desserts were phenomenal. The coconut yogurt parfait was creamy and melted in your mouth whilst complementing the tangy raspberry puree. The highlight of the night was the pecan pie with vanilla ice cream. The sweet and crunchy pecan pie was mouthwatering and left a memorable flavour in your mouth.

Delicious according to friends, but I didn't eat there because they use the same grill for all their meat, both halal and non-halal.

Excellent meal, and excellent service. The host was knowledgeable and very engaging. Thankfully, he recommended the charred cabbage - it was a fabulous dish. Cauliflower steak was also great. And the meat - for most probably the main attraction - was of very high quality and perfectly prepared. The setting is very nice: High ceilings, comfortable lightning, modern furniture. And of course, the open kitchen is a highlight. Whenever we are here, Skirt always and consistently delivers.
