Tanjong Beach Club

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Celebrated my girl's birthday at Tanjong Beach Club on 24 June, and we had such a fantastic time! 🎉🥳💖 The atmosphere was amazing from the moment we arrived. The beachfront setting, swaying palm trees, relaxing music, and beautiful sea view created the perfect holiday vibe. 🌴🏖️☀️ It felt like we were on a tropical getaway without leaving Singapore! We spent the afternoon and evening enjoying good food, drinks, laughter, and great company. 🍹🥂 The ambience was lively yet relaxing, making it a wonderful place to celebrate special occasions with friends and loved ones. As the sun started to set, the view became even more stunning. 🌅✨ The golden sky over the beach made for beautiful photos and unforgettable memories. Everyone had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. A perfect spot for birthdays, gatherings, celebrations, or simply a beach day with friends. We left with happy hearts, great photos, and wonderful memories. Can't wait to be back! ❤️🥰🌊

This used to be my go-to beach club in Singapore, with the loveliest vibes and above average food options. With their old menu, the spring chicken dish and cocktails are some of my favs. I've also gotten pretty good service from them, where their waiter gifted my partner and I a polaroid the last time I celebrated my birthday here. However, they recently changed their food menu and it's honestly pretty lacklustre now. Their service seems to not be as efficient as well. During my recent visit, I had the lobster roll - it was decent, but honestly not worth the price ($40 before gst/svc). The grilled octopus skewers were tasty, but portion felt really small for what you’re paying ($24 before gst/svc). I was quite shocked when I realised they shrunk their menu by so much, and it gets worse after 2pm when the brunch menu ends. Drinks were just okay, nothing memorable, and pricey even for their non-alcoholic options ($12 before gst/svc for a green juice and $8 for an iced long black that tasted hella mid 😭) Facilities wise, there are no showers available, only changing rooms and toilets... which was a huge bummer bc I thought they renovated their washrooms to provide showers :( This is honestly a huge con, considering how other beach clubs have shower facilities. Biggest L was that there were crows everywhere!!! They kept hovering around our table and eyeing our food, which made the whole experience really uncomfortable. Overall, tanjong beach club still has pretty nice vibes and is a good spot to chill by the beach, but their food is way too overpriced and menu options are terribly limited. Service could be improved too. Sad to say I'd be considering other beach clubs from now on.

It’s been years since I last visited this place to am pleasantly surprised to see a revamped ‘Tanjong Beach Club’. Like in the past, they still take walk-ins. The service received here is second to none! Can you believe they address you by your first name and welcome you back so warmly after you give them your phone number? The tone, the warmth, the welcome by the front desk staff left a very good impression. We were shown to the table by a friendly staff who asked how he can make our visit more comfortable once we were shown to our seats. He left with all drinks order and another staff approached us with his sunshine smile, gave us a menu and asked if we wanted recommendations. After receiving an affirmation, he asked if we were looking at sharing or individual orders. He gave his suggestions based on our preferences and then left to give us space and time to decide. He told us to inform him when we are ready. No imposition, no pressure. The drinks and food were served fast! Juices are really freshly squeezed, not from the carton. My watermelon juice paired with mint leaves is really refreshing! Loved it! The Tanjong Beach Breakfast Platter is indeed huge enough for sharing. Love the juiciness of the sausage, the crisp of the bacon and bread, the fresh avocado, the baked cherry tomatoes served with pepper and salt. Presentation was beautiful! They also accommodate change of fruits for the fruit platter. Fruits were fresh and sweet! This is really a great way to start the morning! The view is great, tables were placed far apart. The staff were very attentive, when a guest leaves the table for the beach, they actually bring a dish cover to cover their food, preventing bird from preying on them. I find this really thoughtful!! Will I return?? Definitely!!!! Highly recommend all to visit this place!! It won’t disappoint with its variety of seating, there are bar seats, deck seats, sun-beds, picnic tables, and air-conditioned indoor seats. Very child friendly too!

Had a fantastic experience at Tanjong Beach Club. The service was truly top-notch — professional, attentive, and delivered with genuine warmth. A special shout-out to Ben and Simon, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our time there. Their friendly approach, attention to detail, and calm confidence really elevated the whole experience. From start to finish, everything felt smooth, relaxed, and thoughtfully managed. It’s rare to find a place that balances great vibes with such strong service standards. Will definitely be back — highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent service paired with a great beachfront atmosphere.

I’ve seen a lot of good reviews about this beach club but unfortunately I’m sad to say that my experience at this beach club was not great. We (my friends and I)got there around 7:00 when we got there we wanted to have the spa bed seats the service was horrible we pointed at the sofa bed we wanted which was at the entry the staffs saw us didn’t even come to greet us nor came to us instead they waved at us to come to them. Sure no problem got our seat and told us we have 30 minutes to order because kitchen closes 7:30 no problem we’ll get right to it.right after that as two of the servers were walking away one of the staff said “you know they are Burmese right” yes we are Burmese what’s wrong with that? And the other staff mumbled something. We tried brushing it off and hoped that the night would go okay after. Big unfortunately it did not we had to yell to get staff near us even so when we do the staff acted like they could not hear us but when people beside our table call them they were so quick to come serve for them it acted like they didn’t want to welcome us. But food aside food was okay would say meh total was 210 I believe or somewhere around there and location wise it’s beautiful

A heartfelt appreciation to Chef Sean Yap and the entire team at Tanjong Beach Club. The food was beautifully executed, from the vibrant starters to the perfectly cooked steak, each dish crafted with care and confidence. Service was attentive, warm, and genuine, making the evening feel effortless. The atmosphere was exceptional. Great music, a relaxed seaside breeze, and an environment that brings out the best conversations. It is the kind of place where good food, good people, and good energy come together naturally. Thank you to Chef Sean and team for delivering a memorable dining experience. Looking forward to returning soon.

Company I am interning at rented the space for a private event. Staff are great with exceptional service by all employees. Environment was nice with the beach so close by and good food/drinks. This is not the best spot for private events when you need to projecting on a screen indoors as the sound quality isn’t the best with high ceilings as well as a long room horizontally instead of a deep room making seating feel squished. The screen is in front of where everyone has to walk so can distract from panelists. This place can be fun with groups enjoying the beach for the day but look elsewhere for a better private event venue if you want to rent the space in a similar capacity.

Came here for a party with my friends, food was great and the atmosphere and ambience was amazing. Service here was wonderful, with Alan being very hospitable throughout the whole course of our time there even though we were messy and took initiatives in packing our food, clearing up and refilling the water and more in addition to his friendliness which made the whole experience better.
