Coastes - Beach Bar & Restaurant | Siloso Beach, Sentosa

Surprisingly good. Stumbled in here for an on beach cocktail and beer and stayed for an early dinner. The beef burger and chips were fantastic. Clean burger on a nice brioche bun with lettuce an tomato. Well cooked medium as requested. Chips were hot and crunchy and stolen by the wife. The chicken drumlet's were messy and delicious. Almost like Thai drumsticks. We also had the prawn and mussel spaghetti which was also better that expected with a nice hint of chilli. I drank 500ml Sapporos and the Mrs a pinkcolada. Cold and served quickly. This is a relaxed beach club experience, low on frills, my only gripe was everything had to be ordered at the bar. So each time you wanted another beer you had to move 😏 so not 5 for service 😉 We will be back during our our short Sentosa holiday.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon and snatched a tanning bed ($30)! Server was really friendly and helped us with the umbrella :) Food wise is definitely pricey but it wasn’t bad. Nothing surprising or extremely good but it’s doable. Ordered the fettuccini bottarga and the signature breakfast. The signature breakfast came with scrambled eggs, truffle sausages, bacon and mushrooms. I personally thought the eggs were too salty on its own but paired well with the sourdough slice. The fettuccini bottarga reminded me of ba chor mee but Italian version HAHHAHAHA vinegary with mince pork and mushrooms. Very appetising. It might be good to reserve the tanning bed in advance just in case! Nothing beats having your own picnic under the sun though 🙆🏻‍♀️

We ordered the bacon and cheese burger together with the carbonara pasta, and both dishes turned out to be very satisfying. The bacon and cheese burger was cooked well, with a juicy and flavorful patty that paired perfectly with the crispy bacon and melted cheese. The bun was soft and fresh, holding everything together nicely without becoming soggy. Every bite was packed with flavor, making it a great choice for burger lovers. The carbonara pasta was equally enjoyable. The pasta was cooked to the right texture, and the creamy sauce coated every strand beautifully. The balance of richness and seasoning was spot on, creating a comforting and delicious dish that was hard to stop eating. The portion size was generous, making it a satisfying meal on its own. To complement the food, we ordered a beer, which was served cold and refreshing. It paired wonderfully with both the burger and pasta, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. A good selection of drinks is always a bonus, and the beer certainly did not disappoint. What stood out most during our visit was the excellent service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They checked on us regularly without being intrusive and ensured that everything was served promptly. Their professionalism and warm hospitality added greatly to the overall experience. Overall, this was a very enjoyable meal with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and outstanding service. Whether you're craving a hearty burger, a comforting plate of pasta, or simply a place to relax with a good beer, this is definitely a spot worth visiting. We look forward to returning again soon

It’s been more than 15 years since I made a reservation here and I can’t be happier that I had such a great time with the top notch service from Jason who was super friendly with a smile as warm as the sunny day; and served by Kati who was so cheerful and ready to assist with attention to details. Never mind that the food was not a perfect score of 5 stars but for a beach cafe, the food options on the menu was good enough since we ate twice - late afternoon tea cum dinner. Price point for the food was good too. Jason made us feel at home and he also made it a point to remember my name and address the patrons by name (based on reservation made) where such a small gesture in the F&B business makes a huge difference ~ hospitality at its best! This F&B is a gem and definitely way better than my experience recently at a F&B restaurant at a 4.5 star hotel over the weekend which was a turn off with the substandard service from the outlet manager. Highly recommended and I will be back!

We stopped by Coastes at Siloso Beach with pretty low expectations, but the dinner ended up being a nice surprise. The food was better than I expected, and the pasta I ordered was especially satisfying. The beachside setting also made the whole meal feel relaxed and easygoing. It was one of those places that turns an unplanned stop into a genuinely enjoyable evening.

Had a chill lunch with BBQ wings, Hawaiian pizza, and a few jugs of Sapporo beer, which came to around $130. Overall, it was a decent meal with a nice atmosphere and good views. The BBQ wings paired well with the beer, though the pizza was slightly lacking in flavour. Still, it’s a good spot to hang out and enjoy some chill drinks with friends. Recommended to come around 6pm to enjoy the vibe even more.

Good beach side place with fun vibes and nice food and drink options if you would like to explore the Siloso beach side of Sentosa. It's a close walk from Wings of Time sound and light show.

i usually have a good experience here, this was a saturday afternoon and it wasn't too crowded. great sunset spot + you get to see the fireworks if you stay till the ending of the show nearby! my friends and i ordered a bottle of moscato, calamari & the beef cubes. the beef cubes were delicious, so flavourful! the staff were also very kind, we ended up doing an activity there and they lent us their scissors(:
