Now, why didn't I discover this place sooner? Pura Brasa serves some truly outstanding Spanish cuisine. Every dish we ordered was excellent, but the paella, pork ribs and suckling pig were the clear standouts. Each was beautifully prepared and packed with flavour. What impressed me just as much was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. You could tell they enjoyed working there, which says a lot about the management. A special thank you to Aaron, Coco and Paru for taking such great care of our table. Their attentiveness and friendly hospitality elevated the entire dining experience. We came here to celebrate my wife's birthday, and everyone left happy, satisfied and thoroughly impressed. Would I recommend Pura Brasa? Without hesitation. I'll definitely be back.

Had a great lunch here with my colleagues and really enjoyed the experience. We ordered a variety of dishes to share, including the Seafood Paella, grilled octopus, crispy potatoes with Brava sauce, pizza, steak, pork ribs and more. The Seafood Paella was full of flavour with perfectly cooked rice, and the grilled octopus was tender with a lovely smoky char. The crispy potatoes made a great starter, while the pizza was served hot with plenty of stretchy cheese. The restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a great place for gatherings with friends, family or colleagues. The service was friendly, and most of our dishes arrived at a good pace. One item took a little longer, but we completely understood as it was during the busy lunch period and we had placed a large order. What impressed us was that the restaurant kindly waived the charge for the delayed dish, which was a thoughtful gesture and showed their excellent customer service.

Celebrated a birthday here yesterday with two of my girlfriends, and we had such a wonderful experience! Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious, and we honestly loved everything. What made our visit even more memorable was the exceptional service. Every staff member who came by our table was warm, friendly, and took the time to have a little chat with us, making us feel so welcome. A special shout-out to Ailyn, who truly went above and beyond. She found out that one of us had an upcoming birthday and surprised us with a lovely birthday cake platter. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture! The burnt cheesecake was absolutely delicious and made our celebration even more special. Pura Brasa has such a cosy atmosphere, amazing food, and outstanding service. It’s not easy to find a restaurant that excels in all three. We will definitely be back again and again. Highly recommended!

Lively place with lots of family and groups dining. Service seemed good in the beginning but it crashed and burnt thereafter. Started off with croquettes, creamy fall-apart with crispy crust 8/10 Wagyu skirt, 7/10 Frenched lamb rack 8/10 cooked well-done but still tender. Though I prefer them pink. Paella, took 50mins to arrive after the lamb. We were ready to walk out as it's absurd how long it took. Zero service recovery, they probably knew we weren't coming back and decided it was fine. The paella itself was mediocre which made it all the more vexing. Service from the Indian lady serving us felt more like we owed her money than us paying for a $180 meal. I hardly ever give one star ratings but you guys really deserved this one.

Used to be good 2 years ago. Tragically fallen off the path. Everything tastes one dimensional. Service is polite but weird. Steak arrived within 5mins and was served first. Last to be served was an omelette??? The mixed seafood in paella was lazily cooked - all cooked at the same time resulting in tough prawns and squids. At this price point, better off dining at Kulto or Tinto. I wouldnt want to return

Pura Brasa was such a beautiful experience. The reserve wagyu and Spanish pork ribs were juicy and tender, certainly our favourite. The suckling pig was also very juicy with a slight crunch on the skin, very light on fat and not salty at all! And oddly enough though veggies aren't a big part of the menu, I will say the potatoes were great. Hoping to come back and try the pinchos during happy hr. The paella I believe may have been a little over done than usual as it was charred black on the bottom making it a bit bitter but the flavor still pulled through on the seafood. I'd love to try this again to give it another go. The drinks were heavy on the pour and refreshing, the vibes were immaculate and lively! Poh Chan was our server and took great care of us. They were a bit slammed that evening as I noticed a large party come to her section shortly after we arrived so service did take a little longer to get the order in but she communicated with us and the kitchen to make sure we got exactly what we wanted to order. Once placed she was frequently at our table along with check-ins from other staff. We ordered many dishes and they were kind enough to move us to a bigger table. This says a lot about the menu selection as we just could not choose between 2-3 dishes. It all sounded too delicious to pass up and it was just that! I'm happy I could support such an amazing restaurant and will be suggesting to friends in the area. Wishing them continued success! **Not a paid or comped review, we pay for our meals/honest feedback**

Had a great time and the most attentive service, thanks to Ailyn. Paella is always good and enjoyed the croquetas. Halibut with leek sauce is quite salty but fish is tender.
