Punggol Plaza

Frankly, 1-star feels generous for this management’s capability. Perhaps the management office takes pride in having an all-female team, but signing off on a hygiene and cleanliness report as ‘all in order’ shows either serious oversight or a nonchalant disregard for maintaining building standards. I was appalled when my son shared his experience in the male toilet — the pest control is practically non-existent. A stray baby cockroach through a drain cover might be excusable, but cockroaches of that size? That only highlights a glaring lack of care. Maybe the management team should reconsider what it really means to manage — and spend less time on appearances, more on what actually matters.

The shuttle bus that operates from punggol plaza is really sucky. It is meant to be a service so that punggol residents like me is easier to go to punggol plaza, rather than taking the lrt. However on 5 dec 9.50am, we were waiting at bus stop 65219 opposite punggol bus interchange. The shuttle bus just zoom off even though he saw us waiting at the bus stop. He is very irresponsible because we have to wait half an hour fot the next bus. Ever since they change bus driver the shuttle bus service has really worsened a lot

Really loves the vibes & environment of Punggol F45, it combines cardio & resistance in a short time, my goal is to lose weight & build muscle after pregnancy. So far it encourages me a lot. I went 3-4 times a week and I already myself more energetic & healthy

This is the only mall in Punggol area for all the residents out here. There is a fair price shop and all other things required for daily utilities. There is a bus also available if you purchase things here to go to your residence area.

I used to order via online is hazelnut tart for myself.

This plaza is not big, but it has all the amenities that u can ask for. Retails shops, dental/ clinics, NTUC, large FoodCourt with indoor and outdoor seatings. And it is one of the few malls that has extension to a wet market!

It’s a very small, rather boring, air-conditioned building, and the overall vibe doesn’t interest me at all—except for NTUC and the food court. It mainly caters to an older crowd living nearby rather than younger families. The layout is also poorly designed: the air-conditioning meant to keep the fruits and vegetables at NTUC cool escapes into the main atrium because there are no structural walls enclosing the supermarket. I don’t really feel like coming here to shop anymore, as there’s a very limited variety of fish, and the fruits are often not fresh. I’ve basically given up shopping here. Most people would rather go to the outlets at Waterway Point or Oasis Terrace instead.

Disappointed experience at 1st Lot Express, located at Blk 168, Punggol Plaza, #01-10. The customer service was unprofessional, and the quality of the products—particularly the passport and NRIC photos—was far below acceptable standards. The staff member, an older woman likely in her 60s, was discourteous and appeared disinterested during both the photo-taking and editing process. The situation escalated to the point where the police were involved on 26-11-2025 due to the poor handling of the service. Overall, I would not recommend this establishment. The combination of substandard service and product quality makes it a regrettable choice. Proceed with caution—this was my first and certainly my last visit.
