This was my first time trying this dish. To put it simply, it's thick rice noodles in a fish/frog broth, served with fresh vegetables and peanuts. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't impressive either; it felt like they just used whatever they had left in the refrigerator. Eating it with eggs or rice crackers felt strange too. The seating was okay, the food came out quickly, and the price was reasonable. But I think you should just order it with the fish; the chicken Quang noodles used roasted chicken, which was a bit dry, so I wouldn't recommend it.

This is my family's favorite restaurant. Every time we go on a trip to Da Nang, we have to eat at least one or two meals of Quang noodles there. The broth is rich and flavorful, the service is super fast, and the owner is lovely. Even the kids in my family finish a whole bowl. Adults automatically order three bowls for my wife and me to share. This year we've been to Da Nang twice already and we still crave it. We'll be back in August!

The toppings were a bit sparse; a 35k VND bowl only had 4 bones and a chicken mouth :))) I had to order an extra bowl of beef for the same price as a regular bowl, totaling 70k VND. Perhaps this place is only suitable for tourists; it doesn't seem very appealing to locals. I hope the restaurant improves. Honestly, receiving a bowl of Quang noodles with only 3 bones and no meat was quite disappointing, shop owner :))))

This is a famous Mi Quang restaurant and a popular spot. It is authentic local cuisine. With a sauce that looks like sambal or gochujang, chili powder, and fluorescent peppers, it looks spicy just by looking at it. The prices are reasonable, and perhaps because it is crowded, it tastes even better. The food is served immediately after ordering. It was a pleasant breakfast, and of course, you have to add extra noodles with Mi Quang. It costs 10,000 VND, and they also give you a little bit of broth.

The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating, is spacious and airy, and serves beef, chicken, and fish noodles with authentic Central Vietnamese flavors. The noodles are white, chewy, and soft, the broth is rich and flavorful, the rice crackers are crispy, and the accompanying vegetables are fresh and green. The restaurant is clean, the price is 35k/bowl for fish noodles (as of 2026), the staff are quick and enthusiastic. This is one of the best noodle restaurants in Da Nang.

This local eatery serves one of the best Mì Quảng noodles. The noodles are thick and satisfying to chew, along with the savory broth and loaded fresh herbs. The place is usually packed with locals in the morning, but I've always manage to find a spot. The staffs here are very friendly and order are served within a minute. The snakehead fish noodle will always be my favorite choice.

Mì Quảng Dung — a Mì Quảng spot packed with local customers. I tried both the fish Mì Quảng and the chicken Mì Quảng. The noodles had a soft, fluffy texture that reminded me of Ise udon, and they were really delicious. A great place to enjoy this Central Vietnamese specialty surrounded by locals. The restaurant is popular with tourists, the food is easy to eat and suits their taste. When I went, it was so crowded that I couldn't order the mixed platter, so I ordered beef and chicken separately and tried them out. The food was pretty good. Oh, and I noticed that eggs are charged separately here, whereas many places I've seen include eggs in their meals.
