Waffles were good and crispy though service is slow as they seem to only have one waffle machine. selection of ice cream is limited. however, the biggest issue is with the lady crew who looked like the customers owed her a million and absolutely hated her job. at some point in time, she even threw all the spoons into the sink loudly and the whole cafe went quiet… if ur service crew hates their job, maybe they shouldn’t be doing this job 🤣

A Cool New Favorite Spot! ☕️🍦 We had a fantastic time at Burnt Cones! The ambience is sleek, modern, and undeniably cool—making it the perfect place to just hang out and relax. As for the treats, everything was spot on. The flat white was smooth and beautifully brewed, pairing perfectly with a wonderfully flaky, warm butter croissant. But the real star of the show was the double scoop of cookies and cream ice cream—incredibly rich, creamy, and satisfying. Great vibes, delicious treats, and excellent coffee. We’ll definitely be back for more!

I have never had such a terrible gelato texture. It's like a solid piece of rice cake, incredibly chewy. There's no milky flavor; it just feels mushy in your mouth. Please refer to the video below for a better understanding of the texture.

Amazing waffles with ice cream, but maybe I'm there a bit late, it seem like lots of items are not available when I scan to order my "after meal" ! The gelatos are great and smooth and not my first time here though..

Tried the Stracciatella and really enjoyed it! The gelato was smooth, creamy, and not overly sweet, with generous chocolate shavings that gave a nice crunch in every bite. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The staff were friendly, and the overall experience was great. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for good gelato. I’ll be back to try more flavours!

Visited on a public holiday, so it was very crowded and the space felt quite squeezed. Despite that, the staff were patient and kindly walked us through the different flavours, which we really appreciated. The kids’ favourite was the dark chocolate — very rich and thick. We also tried the pistachio (one of their bestsellers), which was creamy, personally, not my favourite. The maple pecan was another highlight, personally enjoyed the nutty, slightly caramelly, but not overly sweet flavour. We also went for their collab “Song He rice” flavour, which was quite interesting, in both taste and texture, almost like glutinous rice. Spent about $29 on 5 scoops of icecream.

A lovely neighbourhood gelato café tucked away at Sunset Way. I tried the pistachio gelato, which was rich, creamy and had a natural nutty flavour without being overly sweet The café has a cosy atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a nice spot to relax after a meal or a walk around the area
