This auntie has a terrible temper. She got impatient and rolled her eyes at us if we asked a few more questions while we were taking our order. Then she turned around and started making a phone call. If she's so impatient, she shouldn't be running a business. Her service attitude is inexplicable.

Its actually quite decent. Only gripe was i only managed to try them on my 4th visit hence their Google timings are not so accurate.

Lunch at Yong Kee Claypot BKT. I ordered the herbal BKT plus pig's intestines, Mei Cai and You Tiao for $9.50. Basically, the BKT, Mei Cai, and You Tiao were average, but the intestines were disappointing, as they were overcooked and bland.

The lady here was so rude! She was playing on her phone with her back to us while we were taking our order, and ignored us when we called her. It was the uncle who asked us what we wanted to eat. We already told her we only wanted a bowl of rice, but she was on her phone and didn't hear us. Then she rudely asked us, "Just one bowl?!" and rolled her eyes at us. I don't need amazing service, but at least some basic manners are necessary. This lady didn't even have that. When we arrived, it wasn't busy at all; there were no other customers. They can't just tell us they were busy and then roll their eyes at us, can they?

My favourite bkt. The herbal flavour is unique. Very rustic. The owners are so friendly, and down to earth. No pressure when ordering. Sited in a corner, very non descript. Mentioned in the Michelin guide.

Good soup flavour, but pork ribs can be softer
