I'd like to start with the downsides of this establishment, because, unfortunately, they far outweigh the upsides. First, the service. It's simply terrible. The staff is rude, arrogant, and completely inattentive to the guests. We asked them to come over and take our order several times, but they barely paid us any attention. Meanwhile, the staff were calmly chatting among themselves, shouting across the room, and going about their business. The most interesting thing we later discovered was that if you enter from the other side, you can order directly there. Why they couldn't simply explain this to the guests is beyond me. The drinks were a particular disappointment. They were absolutely tasteless. A huge amount of ice, a little syrup, and a few fruits on top just for show. All of this is served in plastic cups, and each drink costs about $3-4. For that price, you'd expect at least a decent taste, but it was practically undrinkable. And, of course, the atmosphere. There were so many tourists, people, noise, and constant movement. It's practically impossible to sit quietly and enjoy the place. At some point, it just becomes irritating. Yes, the place has a beautiful location—perhaps that's the only significant plus I can point to. But for me personally, that's not enough. Honestly, I can't recommend this place to anyone. The beautiful location doesn't compensate for the terrible service, the unappealing drinks, the incredible crowds, and the noisy atmosphere. It was a huge disappointment for me.

The staff here are numerous and very enthusiastic. I asked them to put the cake in a cup for me so it would be easy to carry because all the tables were occupied that day, and they made sure it looked nice for me instead of just doing it quickly even though there were many customers. And of course, the space is beautiful, which is why so many customers come here. It's perfect for those who like taking photos or chatting!

Google isn't going to let me tell you all what I really think of this place, so enjoy the diluted version. It's bad. This is a place where sad fake people go to take pictures and LOOK like they're someplace special. It's full of "influencers" taking disingenuous photos and videos, pretending they're somewhere high end and special. It's all an illusion. This is a low end restaurant and bar with nothing authentic to offer. Do yourself a favor and enjoy the real people and places Da Nang has to offer. Skip this tourist trap and save your time and money.

I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a beautiful spot with a vibe similar to Santorini, Greece. You need to dine in to enter and fully experience the place. The service is excellent, and the food is delicious. They can understand simple English, but I still recommend using a translator app to help them understand exactly what you want. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the overall experience was great.

Translated into natural Vietnamese: The service was poor. A male waiter inside the restaurant area, short in stature, wearing a watch on his left wrist, served us very rudely. He looked at us with a very arrogant attitude. I felt very uncomfortable because of that. However, I really liked the restaurant's ambiance. The owner paid great attention to the interior design; thank you to the owner. The view was beautiful, and the interior was also very nice. The prices were reasonable. The food tasted average. What affected the overall experience was the attitude of the service staff; they were neither polite nor friendly.

A photogenic spot in Da Nang that reminds you of Santorini? The interior is a Santorini-style building in white and blue. The pink flowers stand out and look lovely. There are lots of female tourists who want to take Instagrammable photos. When I went in August, it was too hot, there was no breeze, and it was too hot to even enjoy a coffee. You order at the register and then go back to the counter to take your picture.

The blue and white themed coffee shop, adorned with touches of magenta bougainvillea, softens the harbor atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for photos. To prevent tourists from taking photos without permission, the shop requires customers to follow a designated route and pay before being seated, which is understandable but also makes the Vietnamese owner seem rather stingy. Having tried many Vietnamese coffees, I found them all extremely sweet! Their milk coffees often contain too much condensed milk instead of fresh milk, resulting in an overwhelmingly sweet and unhealthy flavor. Combined with the high concentration of coffee, it wasn't very enjoyable.

We visited on September 13th and had a terrible experience with the checkout staff. Neither of the two female employees greeted or even looked at us when we arrived. When I asked about a menu item, one staff member completely ignored me. They were equally rude to two foreign customers who came in after us. To top it off, the drinks and red velvet cake were not good. You are paying purely for the view.
