My experience at Sếu today wasn't as good as expected. The matcha drink wasn't tasty, and the service wasn't satisfactory either. I ordered Salted Coconut Cream Matcha and pour over Ethiopia. The Salted Coconut Cream surprised me because it sounded delicious, but the taste was too bland – bland in flavor, not just lacking in sugar. I'm not a fan of sweet drinks, but I felt very disappointed with this one because the flavors were disjointed and indistinct. I gave feedback to the barista, and they said that because it's a "Vegan" drink, it should be bland. They suggested maybe I just didn't like the taste. I checked the menu and didn't see any mention of "Vegan" in the menu description. Personally, I found the drink too bland; whether it's vegan or not, it's not very tasty. The barista's response was quite disappointing. The Ethiopian pour-over was fine, but I'd like to suggest that the cafe used a bit too much ice, and the ice cubes melted quickly, making my pour-over too weak towards the end. The cafe has a very diverse pour-over bean menu. The cafe's ambiance is beautiful, impressive both inside and out. I hope the cafe improves on these points, and I hope to be more satisfied on my next visit.

This is a matcha specialty cafe located in Da Nang. Inside, it offers a natural vibe with wooden decor that creates a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly, and the ambiance is ideal for quiet relaxation or working. The menu offers good quality at reasonable prices, with a wide variety of tea selections. It is truly an excellent place to unwind.

If you’re a matcha or coffee lover, you need to try this place I spent 4 days in Da Nang, and I came here every single day, which honestly says everything. For matcha, I highly recommend the Mukashi Matcha Salted Cremina. The Mukashi matcha color was absolutely perfect, and the flavor was beautiful. But what truly surprised me was the salted cream. It might actually be the best salted cream I’ve ever had. The milk aroma was incredibly fragrant and satisfying. Just note that it leans a little sweet. For coffee lovers: most of the coffee selection here seems to be light roast, while my personal preference is usually medium to dark roast, so I only tried the Fine Robusta. If you enjoy brighter, lighter coffee profiles, you’ll probably appreciate the coffee menu Also, just a practical note: they do not accept credit cards, only cash and bank transfer, so come prepared 😄

I visited the shop because it was near my hotel. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The cakes were especially delicious – absolutely amazing! I've eaten cakes in many places, but nowhere else have I found them this good. They were soft, moist, and had a light, refreshing taste. The matcha drinks were pretty similar to other shops, but you definitely have to try the cakes! The owner was very gentle and friendly.

Sếu The Tea Room is such a cozy and relaxing place to spend time in Da Nang. During the hot summer days, stepping into the cool air-conditioned space feels incredibly refreshing while still keeping a warm and intimate atmosphere. I ordered an iced coco matcha, and it was the perfect drink to enjoy while slowing down and escaping the heat. The decor is beautifully designed with a calm and gentle vibe, making it a great spot for relaxing, chatting with friends, or simply enjoying a peaceful moment alone.

Visited in March 2026. From the outside, it feels more like a regular home or a small guesthouse than a cafe. The signage isn't particularly prominent, so you might easily miss it. Upon entering, the first thing you see is a small Buddha statue. It isn't large, but it sets the tone of the space. Turning your gaze to the left, there is a long bar area along the window. It is well-suited for solo seating, and with four power outlets, it is decent for working. At the far end, there is a small sofa, and next to it, a bookshelf; at first, I thought it was just a display. However, upon closer inspection, there are quite a few comic books. From Detective Conan and Crayon Shin-chan to the One Piece series. Of course, they are Vietnamese editions, but this aspect is surprisingly interesting. Looking straight ahead again, the long main bar is on the left, while on the right, there are small tables, sofa seating, and audio equipment such as turntables. Although the space isn't large, the atmosphere is more distinct because it is structured around the bar. Above all, the unified orange color scheme catches the eye first. With the walls, lighting, and furniture all in a single tone, the overall atmosphere is quite substantial and calm. This is further enhanced by the slow jazz-style music playing in the background. We ordered a Matcha Latte (65,000 VND) and a Salted Coconut Latte (60,000 VND). Both were ordered decaffeinated. Since they prepare the drinks by dissolving the matcha powder fresh here, the aroma is quite strong. The flavor of the green tea powder is also decent, so it is worth a visit for anyone who likes matcha. However, compared to commercial matcha drinks, the portion size might feel a bit lacking. The restrooms are not inside the shop but are located by turning to the right outside the building. The layout features a sink first, followed by separate men's and women's restrooms further inside. It is a bit unexpected given the location outside, but the mainte

Beautiful space, but disappointing matcha execution. I ordered a Matcha Mukashi latte and asked for honey to be whisked in so the sweetness would blend properly, but the café refused and served it separately, forcing me to mix it myself and ruining the drink’s form. Strangely, they offered to whisk in condensed milk or sugar — both less healthy options — but not honey. The interaction also felt patronizing, with staff insisting I review the menu and explaining how to drink matcha from a bowl as if I were unfamiliar with it. As I finished it there was may clumps at the bottom. I make a better matcha in my hotel room 🤨
