Barbacoa Bali is every bit as good as its reputation — an absolute standout dining experience and easily one of the best restaurants in Bali. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is vibrant, sophisticated, and buzzing with energy. The food was simply exceptional — beautifully prepared, packed with flavour, and cooked to perfection. Every dish felt thoughtfully curated and showcased incredible quality ingredients. The cocktails were equally impressive and complemented the experience perfectly. Service was warm, attentive, and professional without ever feeling over the top. It’s easy to understand why Barbacoa is so highly regarded. A truly memorable dining experience and somewhere I will absolutely return to on my next trip to Bali. Highly recommended!

Fantastic food and great service. We were well looked after by Yani who was really attentive and friendly. We tried the bread, calamari skewers and oysters for starter, and the MB2+ steak, char grilled chicken, salad and Spanish potatoes for main. All were cooked perfectly, well seasoned and the steak had a good char whilst remaining medium rare. Finished off with a limoncello shot. We weren't rushed and it was a really nice dining experience. Highly recommended.

Was walking around and randomly decided to dine in at barbacoa cos it looked pretty from outside 😆, turned out the foods were pretty good!! Service was amaizing, we forgot to ask for our server’s name but he was tall with a bit of gray hair, whoever he is i hope he’ll get a raise for how great his service was and how helpfull he was. Will def come back again, great place for dinner 🩷

What a surprise. Didn’t actually know what to expect but we had the set menu and got to try a bit of everything and I have to say besides the raw snapper needing a little salt I’d have to say it was faultless. By far the best steak I have had in the past 12 months and every course was an absolute delight, being full of surprises. I’d HIGHLY recommend this place and you might think it’s a little bit pricey but I can honestly say it’s worth it for the dining experience. Staff are also super friendly and cheerful.

Had the chefs special, 770knper pax, was delicious. Very full by the end. But that was because they stuff u full of carbs at the start. It started with Bread then Tacos, and Empanadas, feels like a ploy to make someone so full with carbs they don't complain how small the steak portion is. 250gs for 2 people is absolutely disgusting. Other than that, service and ambience makes up for the lackluster steak portions.

Stumbled across Barbacoa by chance. Probably the best meal and experience we’ve had since landing in Bali. The food was 10/10, quick service and so fresh. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Do yourself a favour and make a reservation!!

I visited Barbacoa in Seminyak, Bali, recently and it was an absolute delight. The restaurant’s rustic warehouse setting with warm lighting and cozy seating creates a welcoming atmosphere that’s perfect for any occasion. The menu focuses on flavorful Latin American-inspired BBQ, using fresh ingredients and wood-fired techniques that make everything taste exceptional without being overly complicated. Service was top-notch – friendly, efficient, and attentive, even on a busy night. Prices are a bit premium for Bali, but the quality and experience justify it completely. 5 stars – a must-try for anyone in the area!

Another unforgettable dining experience at Barbacoa. We’ve been here many times, and it never disappoints but this visit was made extra special thanks to our waiter, Arta. His service was exceptional: attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming, making the entire evening seamless and enjoyable. The food was absolutely amazing, as always. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. Our favourites (and must-orders every time) are the chargrilled baby octopus, perfectly tender with incredible depth of flavour; the USA scallops, cooked to perfection; the red snapper crudo, fresh and delicate; and the Australian beef tartare, expertly seasoned. The Sir Harry Wagyu rib fillet was outstanding rich, juicy, and cooked exactly perfect and the tostada with spicy yellowfin tuna was the perfect balance of heat and freshness. Barbacoa continues to set the standard for incredible food and service in Seminyak. A huge thank you to Arta and the team for another flawless experience. We’ll be back again and again.
