Bánh Xèo Tôm Nhảy Cô Ba Michelin

1 star This was my first time eating here and I'm sure I won't be. The meat platter was pale, looked unfresh, and was cold. I asked the staff to reheat it, but it still tasted bland and bad. The first bite of pork had a strong odor, the first bite of beef was salty, and the rest wasn't anything special and was a bit cold. The Vietnamese savory pancake (Banh Xeo) had a thick, crispy crust like shrimp crackers, but was hollow inside, making it quite strange to eat. The service was also indifferent; they just threw the bill down and left without asking any questions. The spoons even had a slightly dirty, hazy coating. For a Michelin-starred restaurant, this food quality and service are truly disappointing.

The food was okay, but the staff's service attitude was terrible!! I don't know what the problem was, but all three staff members had grumpy expressions. They spilled fish sauce on our table while serving food and didn't apologize at all. When we asked about the beef wrapped in betel leaves and what to dip it in, and if they had fermented fish sauce, they said "fermented fish sauce costs 10k per bowl." Even though they didn't charge for that bowl of fermented fish sauce at the end of the meal, it ruined the whole dining experience.

I thought Bánh Xèo here was the crispiest, as long as we tried some places here in Đà Nẵng. Bánh Xèo comes with two types of dipping sauces and two dishes of vegetables. The peanut sauce tasted of peanuts well, which was good. The vegetables and herbs were fresh. The portion was lacking for three Bánh Xèo, but they provided a refill upon request. The whole experience was good for us since the staff members were helpful. They accept credit cards.

Locals who eat here once will never come back. The grilled meat was terribly bad, like straw with no meaty flavor at all, both tough and mushy in an indescribable way; I tried my best but still couldn't eat it. The plate of vegetables was wilted and bruised black, yet they still served it. The picture shows another plate I asked for, and it was just as wilted. The Vietnamese pancake was so oily after the second roll that I didn't want to eat any more.

I recently visited Da Nang. The cakes were delicious, but the prices occasionally increase; I don't know if it's because the place is popular. However, the issue I want the owner to pay more attention to is the staff's attitude. We were dissatisfied with the following: 1. We bought too much water, making our wallets heavy. We didn't want to order more, just wanted a glass of ice, and when we asked, the staff member replied, "We only provide ice if you buy drinks." 👉Well, that's not wrong, but honestly, I've never encountered a restaurant or eatery that behaved like that. They weren't friendly or enthusiastic! 2. We ordered a lot, and the staff brought the food out, placed it on the table without saying anything. They just slammed it down and walked away. 3. After customers transferred money, they didn't respond to confirm receipt. We had to ask again to be sure. The experience at the restaurant was truly terrible; we felt disrespected. If I return to Da Nang next time, or have friends visiting the city, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. I hope the owner pays more attention to training the staff to be more professional.

okay. Michelin guide restaurant, whatever that means. A tire manufacturer that rates restaurants 🤷. I ordered the Bún rạm and couple of pieces of nem lụi cây. Nothing particularly special. Maybe I should've try the bánh xèo since it's part of their name. 42k for the Bún rạm and 9k per stick of the nem lụi cây. prices were fair. service, decor and the atmosphere were nothing special or memorable. My first Michelin guide restaurant I tried in VN. Overall, average.
