Michelin-starred, huh? The food was gritty and gritty, I had to spit it out, and then I saw the vegetables weren't washed properly, they were full of sand. The tables, chairs, chopsticks, and spoons were filthy; the chopsticks were in a box with vegetables stuck to them. At 8:30, when I ordered, the staff said to order everything at once so the restaurant could close the kitchen. So I reluctantly ordered three portions of six pancakes, even though it was my first time and I didn't know the size of the pancakes. I ate until after 9 pm and saw other customers coming in and ordering normally. The service was really disappointing. To be fair, the pancakes were delicious, but the poor service and unclean ingredients made me hesitant to return.

This has been my favorite restaurant for years, but why is it so strange now? The rice paper is limited; I ordered a portion of banh xeo (Vietnamese savory pancake) and two skewers of nem lui (grilled pork skewers), and they only gave me 7 pieces of Dai Loc rice paper. When I asked for more, they gave me rice paper that crumbled before I even rolled it??? Is Dai Loc rice paper really that expensive? The staff are rude and completely deaf...??? The pork is mushy. Why is this restaurant so bad lately?

The spring rolls are delicious and crispy, and the savory pancakes are fragrant and crunchy – definitely worth trying!

Tonight I visited a very popular specialty restaurant in Da Nang. It's a casual eatery, but the space is spacious, airy, air-conditioned, and full of greenery, making it very pleasant to eat. From the outside, it looks simple, but inside it's always full, mostly with families and locals. 🥞 Regarding the food: * The banh xeo (Vietnamese savory pancake) here is made in the Central Vietnamese style; it's thin, lightly crispy, and not greasy. The filling contains shrimp, meat, and bean sprouts, and tastes quite good. * The fresh vegetables are very fresh and varied, looking clean and well-prepared. * The nem lui (grilled pork skewers) are a bit dry, with a strong flavor, and pair well with the banh xeo. * The dipping sauce is my favorite: thick, slightly creamy, and flavorful – you'll be hooked after wrapping the banh xeo in it. 🍽 Experience: * The restaurant is crowded, so it's a bit noisy and service is sometimes slow, but not overly unpleasant. * The simple, clean wooden tables and chairs are suitable for a quick meal. * Suitable for family meals or groups of friends. 💰 Price: * I find the price reasonable compared to the quality and portion size.

We were the only table in the restaurant, so there’s no excuse for what we experienced. I ordered the bún mắm heo quay, and the pork was clearly undercooked. When I pointed this out to the server, there was no apology, no concern, and no attempt to fix the issue. The bánh xèo was also disappointing and nowhere near what it should be. What made it worse was the complete lack of professionalism after serving undercooked food, we were simply handed the bill as if nothing had happened. awesome street food option in danang: yummy, laid back, clean, airy, top ingredients, authentic, good value grilled minced beef rolls in betel leaves are outstanding; grilled pork sticks are another top choice. 🚨chew carefully, there were already twice bone parts in the minced beef, and it broke one tooth loads of fresh herbs, green mango, veggies, and dips served aside. use the rice papers and prepare your own rolls pancakes are award winning. the warm beef dip served aside is unique. i tested a few premium 'pancake locations' around and these are among the best you can get in danang check on the homemade herbal winter melon drink 😋, and on other options -> see menu below (march 2026); rice noodle dishes for example are a solid choice but not among my favorites at this great place close to the kitchen area is a second a/c'ed room to the right hand side don't expect too much because of michelin listings, and you won't be disappointed when visiting this great street food restaurant

It's been a long time since I last visited. The food was still to my liking, but the vegetables and the restaurant were trashy and dirty. Added to that, the staff were a nightmare – slow, disorganized, and chaotic. My order took 30 minutes to arrive, while the table next to us got their food in just 3 minutes. When I got angry and asked the staff, not a single person apologized. They all gave me a dismissive look, as if saying, "If you don't want to eat, go home." I ordered banh xeo (Vietnamese savory pancake) and nem lui (grilled pork skewers), but even after reminding them five times, they still didn't bring out the nem lui. Even after more than an hour, when I asked for the bill, the nem lui still hadn't arrived. A terrible experience, and I will never return. Not only was it unsatisfactory, but the service was also awful.
