Laksa taste good.. 👍 Now they only serve one size $4 per bowl of laksa.. Previously still have small and large portions to order.. But still can add on noodle, laksa soup and other ingredients.. Nothing fancy.. just those traditional taste aside from the usual ingredients they add in some crab stick.. Not salty even I added quite some chilli paste in it.. One not so good point are the tables.. can see quite some left over stains and ingredients on the table not clean promptly.. Can be better if they have the table clean instantly after one diner finished and left the table.. Same as usual in the small store below the HDB flat.. Very near to North Point and Yishun Bus Interchange and MRT..

You’ll never regret queueing for this very famous Yishun laksa. The cockles were fresh and delicious, and the laksa was not too spicy. Even though I’m not very good with spicy food, I could still enjoy it comfortably. The broth was rich, bold, and full of flavour. It also came with tau pok and egg, which made the bowl even better. The portion was just nice — enough to satisfy, without feeling too little or too much. Just be prepared for a long queue and the challenge of finding a seat, especially during peak hours. This is definitely my top-ranked laksa in Singapore!

$4 for a standard bowl, no small medium or large. Add $0.50 for any ingredients, cockles and others for $1. Been eating here for the past 12 years and I'd still come back for more. Some say it's gotten abit watery and standarda drop but the essence is still the same for me. Would still recommend for those looking for a comforting and affordable bowl of laksa.

Where can you find delicious and affordable laksa? Here it is! The soup is thick and flavourful. Their chilli is not spicy but rather umami. This stall is generous with the cockles and noodles. Other ingredients come in a smaller portion but just nice for me. You can add bean curd puffs, egg, fish cake or crab stick with an additional 50 cents each depending on what you would like more. It’s a dollar more for additional cockles. Get ready to queue but the line moves pretty fast!

IG: @foodydesserts If there’s one laksa in Singapore I’ll never stop raving about, it’s 928 Yishun Laksa🥹 Hands down my favourite so far🙌🏻 The moment you taste the broth, you just know. It’s rich, incredibly tasty, & loaded with that addictive hae bee flavour that hits all the right notes, making every spoonful both comforting & a total flavour bomb 🔥🔥 Their chilli is also SO GOOD 🌶️ Fragrant, spicy, & blends perfectly into the broth without overpowering it. The whole bowl is a beautiful harmony of everything I love about laksa, & I just LOVE IT SO MUCH, worth every trip, every queue, always🫶🏻 Alsooo, $4 for this much ingredients!? YASSSSS PLEASE😌😘 Ifykyk😜 And if you don’t, go ASAP😁 Tips: It’s always crowded, so if you’re planning on dinning in, quickly grab a seat first before queuing! But if there’s no more seats available, you can actually dine at the dessert stall next door, however you MUST purchase their desserts first before seating down. Do take note of this!!☺️ Featuring 📸: ~ Laksa $4 #yishun #laksa

Tucked away in a quiet corner of the neighbourhood lies the legendary Laksa in Yishun. A long-time favourite among locals, this humble stall serves up bowls of rich, comforting laksa that never disappoint. The gravy arrives piping hot, thick, and silky-smooth — a perfect balance of spice and creaminess. What truly sets it apart is the prawn-forward broth, fragrant and full-bodied, complemented beautifully by fresh cockles. Add a spoonful of chili and a sprinkle of dried laksa leaves, and you’ve got yourself a bowl of pure satisfaction. Simply put, the laksa here is delicious — a must-try for anyone in Yishun craving a taste of authentic Singapore comfort food

Don’t buy take away. The gravy is separated but they give you miserable little gravy even with my upsize portion ordered. I ordered from a rude young lady with spects, so called she claimed all sizes are standard but only can ordered she claimed as upsize… To me she sounded like a person with “no big no small” type of behaviour I ordered for years and this will be my last time to order, so disappointed with the food, a lot of not well cooked noodles with very little ingredients, so-called upsize portion , it is just a change of name and they managed to fool old customers like me, who used to order big portion for more ingredients added and decent amount of gravy but now the upsize is more not cooked well noodles, lesser ingredients and lesser gravy not enough to cover even a quarter of noodles. Ingredients : one egg, one quarter finger size crab stick, one thin slice of fish cake and one small piece of taupok So better not to order upsize if you dine in. Don’t order take away

This is no hidden gem, but well worth every drop of its rich success. Priced at $4 for a normal bowl, the portion is decent. The gravy is a milky, cloudy nice umami taste. The texture is 'sediments-filled', with the crunchy distinct taste of Hay Bee Hiam (dried shrimp) Chilli is a nice salty dash to add to the already delicious laksa broth. For $4 ingredients are well endowned. I especially enjoy the 'Hum', though few in number but super huge. Even if it were few, I think adding ingredients fot an extra cost is well worth price. Unhidden gem, let it remain unhidden. This laksa is distinct in its taste, and well worth every acclaim.
