One of the rare hidden gem of hawker center in Singapore that has combination of Indian food, Halal food and even Chinese food. 🍲🥘🍛 Do try the sup tulang (Bone marrow soup), Indian rojak, mee goreng, and to wash it off the sugar cane with ice will be an excellent choice 🧉 Location wise is within little India l, word of mouth is that avoid coming on Sunday as it will be very "packed to the brim".

Great experience

Great place to get good and cheap food and services. Went to get my Longines watch battery changed at Fang Mei Trading on the 2nd floor (#02-140) which is run by an old couple. Uncle charged me only $20. Other places e.g. Bishan and United Square charge at least $30. The mee siam at HM Cuisine at the ground floor hawker centre was the best I've eaten for a long time. The sauce was authentic and the piquancy from the tamarind obvious. Generous with the beehoon too at $4.50 a bowl. The makcik before me was apologising to me for buying $50 worth of food which she explained was as good as homemade food. The hot ginger tea next to it was strong enough for the spoon to stand in! And the uncle had bothered to check with me whether I'd wanted it less sweet. Also bought vadai for 80 cents each! Nowadays under $1 foods are hard to find. And she even gave me 3 green chillies when I asked. There's a Chinese dessert stall at a corner that sells youtiao and selfmade hot desserts (Cheng tng, bubur hitam, tau suan and many more) that I would patronise had i been able to eat or carry as takeaway more!

Okay, I might not have a valid opinion on this, but this is my opinion. I went there to have some food! Only to find the stall i wanted to go was closed. It was fine, so I checked out the stalls upstairs, just to have someone dump a leftover drink on my leg, by an inch to the dustbin. I was shocked, my friend told me it had a lot of flies around the cup, but I tried to be optimistic. I went back down and looked around. Stepping into the fish market, it was REALLY wet. That I almost slipped every 3 steps. There was fish juice in between my toes. The fish market experience does not affect my review, its just a sharing, as I know most fish markets are like that. Many people were staring at me for some reason during my visit. I might have been sticking out like a sore thumb because of my race, but I didn't want to discriminate

Actually went there to try again the famous 545 whampoa prawn noodle. Saw this stall (several stall from 545). An old amah alone selling. Surprisingnya the food taste good. And worth the price for a bowl like this.
