Kelantan Kway Chap • Pig’s Organ Soup is a Michelin Bib Gourmand awarded hawker stall, best known for its clean tasting braised offal & peppery pig’s organ soup. A mixed offal platter featuring small intestine/小肠, large intestines/大肠, and large intestine head/tip/大肠头 - costs S$10.00, plus S$1.00 for the flat noodles. All the offal is well cleaned & has a soft texture. Their homemade chili stands out for its sour punch, which balances the savory braised flavors nicely. Overall, it’s decent, but it didn’t wow me. I can’t quite understand why it received the award…… perhaps the emphasis on very clean, mild tasting offal appeals to a broader fans.

Kelantan Kway Chap 吉蘭丹粿汁 – Berseh Food Centre (Michelin Bib Gourmand) Kelantan Kway Chap at Berseh Food Centre is a long-standing Michelin Bib Gourmand hawker favourite, celebrated for its honest, well-executed Teochew-style kway chap. The dish features smooth, wide rice sheets that are soft yet resilient, soaking up the flavours of the braising sauce beautifully. A generous assortment of soy-braised pork cuts is offered, including belly, skin, trotters and intestines, each prepared with care and braised until tender without losing texture. The braising sauce is the heart of the dish — dark, aromatic and well-balanced, carrying notes of soy, spices and gentle sweetness without being overpowering. Every component feels thoughtfully cooked, allowing the natural flavours of the pork to shine while remaining deeply comforting. Portions are satisfying, and prices remain accessible, reflecting why the stall continues to earn Michelin recognition for quality and value. What truly elevates the experience is their amazing homemade chilli. Fragrant, punchy and layered with heat, it adds an addictive kick that cuts through the richness of the braised meats and transforms each mouthful. A small spoonful goes a long way, but many regulars find themselves going back for more. Unpretentious yet full of character, Kelantan Kway Chap is a must-try for lovers of classic Singapore hawker fare. Look

Paid $5.20 for a person kway chap set and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value. The kway itself was a standout – tender, silky-smooth, and served in a light, clear broth that wasn’t overly salty. It had a comforting, balanced flavor that didn’t overpower the rest of the dish – excellent in both taste and texture. The kway chap set came with a generous and well-balanced mix of ingredients: slices of pork, pig intestines, pig skin, tau hu (beancurd), and a braised egg. Each component was well-prepared – the meats were flavorful without being gamey, and the braising sauce soaked in nicely. Everything complemented the broth and kway perfectly, making for a satisfying and hearty meal. On top of that, the service was great – staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the dining experience even better. Overall, for just $5.20, this kway chap set delivers great taste, good variety, and warm service. A definite go-to for a comforting, traditional meal.
