Easily the friendliest Starbucks I’ve visited in Singapore—the staff greeted me with the biggest, warmest smiles the moment I walked in. The energy behind the counter instantly sets a positive tone for your day. I ordered a hot Mocha Latte and a Ham & Cheese Croissant. The coffee was rich, well-balanced, and served piping hot, while the croissant was toasted to perfection with flaky layers and melted cheese. Beyond the food and great service, the vibe here is fantastic. It’s remarkably spacious with an open, collegiate atmosphere that immediately makes you feel like an inspired university student again. It’s an ideal spot whether you want to focus on work, read, or catch up with friends. Definitely my go-to branch from now on

I visited the Starbucks located within the National University of Singapore (NUS) campus on a Sunday afternoon. The interior of the cafe is quite spacious, providing ample seating arrangements. During my visit, there were many students present, yet the atmosphere remained remarkably quiet as most were relaxing or focusing on their tasks. The staff serving customers appeared to be NUS university students themselves, which adds to the natural collegiate environment of the cafe. The overall experience was peaceful and orderly. This location offers a very comfortable setting and is an excellent choice for anyone who appreciates a quiet environment. Whether you are looking to read, study, or simply take a calm break away from the usual bustling city cafes, this branch provides a reliable and tranquil space.

The windows are large, offering a view of the lawn, making it a relaxing place to stay! You can also get a feel for the student atmosphere.

I specifically ordered an iced latte with “no ice”, but the drink I received was made with ice. What makes it worse is that the actual latte content was only around 300ml, far less than what I reasonably expected from a Venti-sized drink. Furthermore, almost every time I visit, there are no available seats, as many students occupy tables for the entire day after purchasing just a single drink. This clearly shows how poorly the store is managed. Also, starbucks sg please fix your stupid website. The complaint form cannot be submitted at all after filling it out. Or is it intentional, trying to suppress customers’ complaints?

We dropped by the Starbucks at NUS University Town for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up between lectures, and it turned out to be the perfect campus coffee break. The café is spacious with plenty of seating—ideal for both group catch-ups and solo study sessions. The iced coffee I had was refreshing and hit the spot, especially during Singapore’s usual humidity. What made the experience stand out was the friendly service—baristas greeted us with smiles and were happy to share menu recommendations. The location is super convenient if you’re on campus; there’s always a table available, even during peak hours. Power outlets are easy to find, which is a big plus for students working on laptops. If you need a calm place to relax, chat, or focus, Starbucks at NUS University Town is a solid go‑to spot.

This is one of my favourite Starbucks. It has a peaceful, tranquil vibe with a lovely view of the NUS Town Green. The staff are always very friendly. Special shoutout to Ms Rabia who is one of the friendliest baristas I've ever come across. Always greeting everyone with a warm smile and going the extra mile to ensure everyone who walks in has a wonderful morning.
