Starbucks S9

Literally one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to and I don't even go to that many. Staff Bat was extremely nice and wished everyone a great day ahead. All the cups had self drawn designs and wishes which really made my day 🥰

Had a great experience at this Starbucks! Staff member Ezriq was incredibly friendly—always smiling and showing such a positive attitude. His warm service really made my visit more enjoyable. Great coffee, and even better hospitality. Keep it

Really nice!

Never thought anyone can mess up a cold brew. But they did. Ordered a cold brew with less ice which is one of my go-to at Starbucks. The person diluted the cold brew with water which I had never seen before at any other branches. He also added a full cup of ice even though i ordered less ice. The preparation was also very haphazard unlike other baristers in other Starbucks branches. After 10 min the coffee is so diluted it was almost like plain water. Probably will never come again.

Just ordered single Americano and banana muffin but the coffee was dull, not hot and diluted while muffin was heated up and banana taste was gone; I did not ask the staff to warm up though. Looked they do whatever they are used to do and did not care what the customer want.

Love the drinks, but the cleanliness of the sofa is a catastrophe.

Ordered a venti vanilla latte and it seems they forgot the espresso. I've had my fair share of starbucks drinks at many branches and the one here tastes like hot water and milk together. Massive disappointment considering this costs $8! Staff also look like they don't want to be here. Poor eye contact and communication whenever you're ordering, you never know if they're done taking your order or not.

Staff tend to always have bad attitude...
