Putien Kitchener Road

Had a wonderful dining experience at Putien (Kitchener Road), and a big part of it was thanks to Jing Jing (and Yun). She is truly an impeccable person whose warmth and attentiveness completely changed the atmosphere of the restaurant. Her service was easily one of the best I’ve received in Singapore’s dining scene — sincere, thoughtful, and effortlessly professional. She genuinely made my day. The food was great as always, but great food paired with exceptional service takes the experience to another level. Thank you, Jing Jing and the entire team, for making our visit so memorable.

PUTIEN has been our family’s go-to restaurant for a long time, and it never disappoints. We had a really lovely experience at PUTIEN Kitchener Road today. The food was good and comforting as always. A special shoutout to Sine, who truly made our visit extra enjoyable. Her service was warm and attentive, and she went the extra mile by arranging a thoughtful fruit platter for our birthday boy — such a sweet surprise that meant a lot to us. Thank you, Sine, for making our celebration feel so special.

This is the Putien I knew! After their menu update (massive downgrade in varieties and seems cost cutting) in the other branches, I simply gave up on them but luckily I gave this flagship a chance and they did not disappoint me here! The varieties, the service, the taste are all hitting the right note. Love the simmered bittergourd and Ca Fen! They are no longer in the other branch's menu (went last to the Westgate branch). We will definitely come back again to Putien but I will only come to this flagship shop from now on. To be honest, I rather the rest of the branches keep the GST and service but give me back the old Putien!

First visit to this multi years Michelin Star award restaurant. Dinning area is not big with simple decor. The Aircon was very cold but they are thoughtful to provide a blanket if needed. Simple food, nice plating and presentation. Overall the food was consistently good and delicious, none has a WOW impact. To a person who does not enjoy seafood, their Seafood Lor Mee was pleasantly good with absolutely no fishy smell. It is a place worth visiting again.

Amazing restaurant the best I had in Singapore. The food was amazing and the waitstaff especially Ah Lian was even better! I ordered the baked chicken that was great but the pork bun was one of the best bites I’ve ever had in my life if not the best. Truly phenomenal! It’s a must stop hence the Michelin stars it had been awarded through the years. If you want the best meal of your life is is the place to go. I am now a loyal fan of Hokkein food that I didn’t know existed before this culinary experience. Eat well folks!

Easily the best Fujian food I’ve eaten. Putien’s Kitchener Road outlet has a record 7 year consecutive ranking as a 1 Michelin Star restaurant. The food is a gastronomical delight, the presentation is visually appealing and the service personifies the best in Fujian hospitality which is savouring the very best food served unhurriedly making for a wonderful dining experience. As a vegetarian I didn’t have a problem finding dishes to order and the pics prove it :) Don’t go without a reservation.

Our first time having a proper dinner at Chinese restaurant and was blown away with the food, the taste, the presentation, delicacy etc. were walking and the restaurant looked tempting amongst the others next to it and thought of trying. We didn’t knew till we placed our order it was a Michelin star awarded chain restaurant. The serving lady was very sweet and very courteous. Over a great experience.
