Finally tried Huevos and it did live up to the hype! Luckily we made a reservation because otherwise, oh my we would’ve to queue for at least half an hour 😮‍💨 Scallop Ceviche 5/5 Fresh, tangy and so refreshing. Definitely one of my favourites of the night! Baja Fish Taco 5/5 So good! Crispy fish, flavourful and well-balanced. Fish was firm, flaky and fresh! A must-order! Steak Quesadilla — 4.5/5 Cheesy, meaty and satisfying. Really enjoyed this one! What a big portion! Beef Birria — 4/5 Rich and flavourful, but it really tasted heavier profile compared to the other dishes. Corn — 4/5 Simple but tasty, with a nice smoky, savoury flavour. Hot Wings — 3.5/5 Not bad, but probably the least memorable dish for me. Sauce went sour real quick… Overall, a really fun meal with lots of bold flavours. Would definitely come back 🌮✨

Amazing food🔥The beef quesadilla is a must try! One of the top places to go to for quality Mexican food in Singapore. I’ve been here a good 3/4 times the quality hasn’t diminished slightly. The only thing that I would say that it was a little hot especially in my work wear it would be nice if it was an enclosed air conditioned place like the first outlet.

I love the atmosphere and taste of food. Taco was so delicious and too spicy so my mouth and throat were totally burned out and destroyed (there was no information in the menu about spiciness of the meal. Big burrito is real big and full if tasty sauce an meat. Accurate service with the big attention to details (meat roast temperature of the dish consistency) This place is so niche and local

A place perfect for when you’re catching up with your friends and eating freaking delicious food. Loaded Nachos- 4.5/5 ($21) Maybe because we were super hungry hence we found this insanely good. Perfect starter to share with 3/4 people. Crispy nachos with chicken, pico de gallo, guacamole, aioli and cheese. I thought this was perfect to start off the meal. Wished there was more tang and refreshing notes to this. Birria fries - 3/5 ($23) Holy this was HUGE. Loaded with birria beef. The fries were perfectly crispy and I loved the thickness!! This could easily pass as a main dish or to share with 3/4 people. I preferred the nachos over this as I found it a little heavy but please it’s still really good. Tacos Gobernador - 5/5 ($20 for 3) As a prawn hater, this dish was outstanding. Refreshing to the palate compared to other tacos yet perfectly seasoned. Please just try it. Birria beef tacos - 4/5 ($20) Loaded with beef and cheese. Sinful for sure. It does get a little heavy after the first taco but it is still damn good. Limited seating. Insane queue. Might want to reserve a seat if you’re coming. The place gets pretty loud but that is the vibe the restaurant is going for and I love it. To order, you’ll have to raise your hand like the old fashioned way so do prepare your order beforehand to make things easier for them! Definitely recommend you to try 😋😋

Tried the Pork Tacos and Birria Beef Quesadillas. Preferred the Pork Tacos bcuz the grilled pineapples was a perfect addition to cut off all the grease. The beef one got abit jelat towards the end $11 Frozen Margarita was also 💯. Happy Hourly Daily before 6. I will surely return for the cocktails😆😆 The portion was just nice for 2 pax OH YA please reserve a few days before cuz space is really small

Hands down the best value for money Mexican food around for the price, quality, and quantity. Reservations need to be made far in advance given the popularity of the place, and especially for peak hours, I believe larger groups are given priority. Quesadillas were sizeable and flavourful, and were decently priced. Would have appreciated it if they would've paid more attention to the reservation remarks however – we came to celebrate a birthday and wanted the staff to wish the birthday girl a happy birthday, but it was missed out in the busyness perhaps. Nevertheless a good experience and a relaxed setting for a dinner and chat with friends.

For a shop that instructs you to wait to be served, the staff aren't up for coming up to the door. Even after entering, the 3 or 4 staff merely looked at you without a word or smile. Quite the welcome I would say. Ordered some tacos and loaded nachos to go. The tacos were pretty good. Ample fillings and individual sliced lime for each taco. At the price charged, the value is decent. The loaded nachos were also pretty good, although the proportion among the various sauce/seasoning leans heavily to avocado. So despite the large serving, there's only enough sauce for about 1/4 of the nachos. It's not a very good dish for takeaway - nachos get soggy, and the cheese solidifies to the box, pulling it off leads to packaging fibre being stuck to the cheese. The avocado in the loaded nachos also came with a sticker for the avocado. Further point to the staff and service, there's a bit of body contact like brushing past or bumps from the staff, but no acknowledgement from the staff.

Had a wonderful meal at Huevos! The birria was the standout, rich, tender, and packed with deep, comforting flavors. The scallop ceviche was incredibly fresh, with perfectly cooked scallops and a bright, zesty dressing that balanced everything beautifully. The service was just as impressive. The male staff was very warm, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout the meal. Great food, great hospitality, and an experience that’s definitely worth coming back for.
