UPDATE: After leaving my original review, we received such a lovely and genuine response from Ann the owner that we decided to return. I’m so glad we did!. She honestly couldn’t have done enough for us and it was very clear how much she genuinely cares about her customers and their experience. We really appreciated the way she handled everything and completely turned our experience around. Mistakes can happen anywhere — for me, it’s how they are dealt with that matters, and this was handled beautifully. We would happily return again We had a lovely meal of the ultimate chicken salad in the restaurant the night before. Staff were really friendly so the next night we didn’t fancy going out so decided to order and collect via what’s app. Quick service but sadly food wasn’t nice , salad didn’t taste as fresh as previous and we ordered garlic Parmesan fries and just got these dry chips with mayo , no Parmesan as stated in menu photo it also shows parsley . Maybe it was because different staff were there tonight reluctant now to return which is a shame

I love the salads they make here. I found it by accident and immediately loved it. The waiters are all friendly, smiling, and professional; they make you feel at home. The dishes are generous, reasonably priced, and everything is delicious! When I return to Da Nang, I'll definitely come back to eat here!

Their salads are out of this world! Eco green has quickly become our favorite food spot in Da Nang. The staff is very kind and attentive, it is possible to pay by card with no extra charge.

AVOID AVOID Struggles to get 3 stars, menu and food prepared in kitchen is good with diverse range, healthy options and attractive meals BUT the service leaves a lot to be desired. Who goes out to pay money at a place where staff blatantly priorise their phones, chat w mates (not eating there) and doing what they want to do. That’s So-o much more important than their jobs and patrons.You need to wave hands and virtually yell for attention. And when pointed out like to get bill, not even an apology or acknowledgment of their rudeness (includes onsite boss).I say Avoid like the plague. Frankly, never come across anything like it- inappropriate comments,purposely ignore customers,extreme arrogance. I’d hire a new lot of waiters and put them in kitchen peeling veges as no support of chef’s efforts.

Honestly a pretty decent place. I enjoyed the quality of their food; it tastes really good. The environment is cool; they have a nice little upstairs and overall I recommend checking this place out. Unfortunately the system is a bit outdated so they don't do custom food or custom orders, like having an omelet with chicken and it's not on their menu. I hope one day they can update it and make a more robust system for ones that are interested in customizing their meals. Besides that really decent; definitely come check out the Echo Green in Danang

A very tasty place. The prices are a little higher than other cafes, but the portions are huge and the selection is fantastic. Salads, toasts, main courses, coffee—everything was delicious! A good menu with realistic pictures. The atmosphere is pleasant, the service is good. But I'm taking off one point because on the first day, we showed up for breakfast about half an hour after they opened, as stated on the schedule, but were told the kitchen wasn't ready yet. That really ruined our first impression! We came back for lunch another day, and everything was fine then.

Great food for brunch/dinner, literally one of the best meal in Danang! Cute and friendly staffs! Definitely gonna come back
