KURUMI - Healthy Vegan Food & Desserts

A place clearly designed with foreigners in mind. That’s probably the best way I would describe it. What’s surprising is that despite being located on what feels like a quiet local street, the place is very busy. It’s obvious that the owners have carefully considered what international visitors typically look for. What impressed me most was the variety. The breakfast menu alone is extensive enough to make it difficult to choose. In fact, many of the options would work just as well for lunch. I originally discovered this place through delivery when I ordered one of their smoothie bowls. It turned out to be excellent, which made me curious enough to come and see the place in person. Interestingly, the restaurant doesn’t look particularly special on Google Maps. In reality, however, it’s much more attractive, comfortable, and welcoming than the photos suggest. The service is good, the staff are attentive, and there are plenty of vegetarian options. Whether you’re looking for something sweet or savory, there’s a good selection available. Overall, it’s a well-designed place with a pleasant atmosphere and a menu clearly aimed at an international audience. At the same time, I felt like something was missing. Flavor. I can’t quite explain it yet. Nothing was bad, and overall the experience was positive. But somehow the food didn’t leave a strong impression. I think I need to come back and try a few more dishes before making a final judgment.

As a tourist visiting the area, I stopped by the restaurant to get some takeaway. I was lucky enough to be assisted by Nam. Not only did he take my order with a big smile, but he also took his time to explain the menu details and gave great recommendations. On top of that, he was kind enough to give me detailed directions to help me navigate the neighborhood. Nam’s professional and welcoming attitude truly made my day. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the outstanding service

Still dreaming about this place now Im back in Manila. Its healthy selection, affordable prices, and cozy ambiance are surely some of the reasons why they built a good reputation for diners. I came here thrice during my stay in Danang and I had an awesome experience every time. They used high quality ingridients and carefully prepared every dish. It easily became our favorite vegan place in Danang. 💗

What a healthy and wholesome space. Great WiFi and comfortable air conditioning. Definitely a great place to get work done. I love that you can add extra tempeh (hot chickpea and soy based, so you have options) and they even have vegan protein powder you can add by the scoop. If you’re crazy like me, you even just do protein powder in water as your drink to go with your meal for post workout plant based power! Haha everyone is so very kind and the only negative would have to be that the menu is so big, it can feel a bit overwhelming

This poke bowl was a 10/10—fresh ingredients, vibrant flavors, and beautifully presented. The coconut cappuccino was silky, aromatic, and the coconut flavor blended perfectly with the coffee. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always greeted customers with warm smiles. I’ll definitely be back!

I wanted to try this place as it looked good on the photos and their menu had a big variety of food. So my husband and I walked there and I ordered take away for a smoothie bowl and a sneakers dessert. Paid at the cash counter and moved to the side of it(where delivery guys come to collect their orders). It was about 6pm and few tables were busy at the time. After waiting for 20 minutes I asked where is my order, and it was obvious that they have completely forgotten about me. They quickly put together my smoothie bowl and gave it to me. That's about the service. I ordered "My favorite" bowl and the taste was average with the texture being too liquid. The "sneakers" was good and their home made chocolate also taste really nice(was in the bowl and on top of the sneakers). I am not sure if I want to give them another chance.

I had a really pleasant experience here. Right at the beginning, you’re welcomed with a complimentary bottle of water, which is a nice touch and sets the tone for the visit. The ambiance is beautiful and relaxing, a great place to unwind and enjoy your time. The food leans more towards Western cuisine, so it’s perfect if you’re looking for a break from traditional Vietnamese food. That said, they also offer some Vietnamese dishes, so there’s a good balance and something for everyone. What stood out to me most was the presentation. Every dish is carefully designed and clearly prepared with a lot of effort and attention to detail. You can really see that they care about both taste and aesthetics. Overall, a lovely spot with great atmosphere and thoughtfully prepared food. Definitely worth a visit! :)

The menu there is very vast, an feast for the eyes. Out of the 6 dishes we ordered, 1 tasted better than the rest and it was the chickpea vegan omelet. The deserts were good, I found it a little too sweet for my taste but that just me.
