Visited Cha Cha Cha Mexican Restaurant for lunch. We parked nearby at One Holland Village, which made the visit convenient. There was no wait time and the restaurant was relatively quiet when we arrived. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the meal. The establishment was clean, and toilet facilities were available, which was appreciated. We ordered the prawn quesadillas and calamari. The quesadillas came with a very generous serving of prawns, making them satisfying and good value. My partner felt that a little more cheese would have made the dish even better. The calamari was nicely seasoned and fried, with a good balance of crispness and flavour. One area for improvement would be the enforcement of the no-smoking policy in the dining area. During our visit, a customer was smoking nearby. As non-smokers, we would appreciate stricter enforcement for the health and comfort of other diners. Overall, an enjoyable meal with good food and friendly service.

We visited during happy hour (until 8 p.m.), so the place was very crowded and fully booked We ordered a few different dishes—quesadillas, tacos, and guacamole The guacamole was really tasty, especially the avocado, which was fresh and flavorful But the tacos were a bit disappointing I was expecting them to be crispy, but they were actually quite soft and a bit soggy rather than dry. Maybe if we had eaten them right away when they arrived, they might have been crispier The staff were really nice and attentive they even replaced our drinks quickly when we asked The place has a fun Mexican vibe, and it seems like a great spot to grab drinks with friends

Absolutely fantastic Mexican dining experience! Conviniently located near Holland Village MRT, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, the venue itself sets the mood for a fun meal. The food was incredible. Every dish we tried was packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and authentic Mexican flair. You can tell a lot of care goes into the preparation, and everything we ordered was delicious. What truly elevated the experience was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. They made great recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. Great food, great service, and a great place to spend an evening. Highly recommend if you're craving amazing Mexican food, and you need a place for a big group. Cha cha cha! 😂 🌯🫔🌮🌶️🍹

Cha Cha Cha was such a pleasant surprise and easily one of the most enjoyable Mexican meals I’ve had. The food was incredibly flavourful without being overwhelming. Every dish felt well balanced, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared rather than heavy or overly spiced. However, the pickles were slightly too sour. You could really taste the quality and care in each bite. On top of that, the service was genuinely kind and attentive, making the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming rather than rushed. The ambience really elevated the meal as well. There’s outdoor seating, but the space is well ventilated and comfortable, with music and warm lighting that create a lively yet cozy atmosphere. When I visited, the restaurant was also decorated with a subtle Christmas touch, which added to the charm and made the experience feel extra special. Overall, Cha Cha Cha is a great spot for good food, good vibes, and a memorable dining experience. The staff even have us a complimentary themed tote bag!

I haven’t been to this restaurant for ages. I remembered fondly their tasty margaritas and proper Mexican food, so I went in with excitement. The wall colours and décor did mimic a typical street Mexican restaurant in 🇲🇽. The mezcal margarita, though, was weak and lacked character — the proportion was off. Not what I was hoping for. When I told the bartender, he just looked at me blankly — no attempt to adjust or correct the drink. I was more hopeful when the pulled pork nachos arrived. I ordered sour cream and 🥑🍅on the side. I had good memories of how they used to do it, and I should have trusted my intuition to first ask if they still had the same owners or chefs. The nachos tasted old — not crispy at all 🙅🏻♀️. Even though the darker-skinned staff claimed they were fresh, I told him they weren’t. I asked how long they had been sitting out. He didn’t answer, but went to the kitchen and came back saying they would replace them. The second set was better and crisp. You can see from the photo and video the colour difference between the first and second plates. Still, it wasn’t the way the original owner used to serve it. Those nachos he made were a delight 😉 and the salsa was great tasting! Unfortunately, that recipe is gone. Then came the sour cream and guacamole sides, and these tasted old as well. The tall foreign lady staff insisted they were freshly made daily and always thrown out at night. But I buy these from containers myself and knew immediately that the restaurant didn’t make them fresh daily. When pressed further, she reluctantly admitted they came from containers. Dishonesty is not appreciated. I also know how to make fresh guacamole the proper Mexican way. So when she claimed it was freshly made, I knew it wasn’t. Even if you don’t cook, the colour of guacamole tells you if it’s been sitting out. C’mon, only people who don’t spend any time in the kitchen could be fooled by that. As for the sour cream, she said it came from a chiller — but it tasted as though it had been left out in Singapore humidity for 2–3 hours. And this isn’t a fully enclosed, air-conditioned kitchen. After some wait, thinking she would replace them, she didn’t. When I asked if they would replace them, she ignored me and brushed me off with, “They come from the same batch.” I don’t get it—if I’m paying for them, why wouldn’t they replace them with another so-called ‘freshly made’ set? 😉 When I mentioned this again to a local staff member who took my payment — who had seemed nice at first — she got offended and replied with a sour face, “I was told.” 😳. The staff’s attitude reflects not a true Mexican hospitality experience — not even what you’d expect from a street vendor in Mexico! Anyway, this is the first restaurant in Singapore where staff outright denied and dismissed feedback instead of taking responsibility. Such poor attitude, and absolutely not a reflection of authentic Mexican hospitality. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Ordered the pulled pork Quesadilla, Chipotle Wings, Red Wine Sangria and Churros with Chocolate Sauce. Pulled pork Quesadilla was good with slightly toasted on the outside and good amount of pork inside. It comes with Guacamole and salsa. Chipotle wings are crispy but otherwise normal. The sauce that it came with does not work for us. Sangria was weak, could not taste any alcohol. Churros was too thin and chocolate sauce is syruppy and not chocolatey.

Located in Holland Village. Excellent Mexican cuisine here. Friendly, patient and attentive waiters provide pleasant service here. Very filling quesadillas with lots of cheese, meat and dipping sauce like sour cream and guacamole. Good nachos too with generous amounts of cheese. Chipotle wings came out very hot and were crispy and well marinated. The dipping chipotle sauce was very strong with both sweet and savoury flavours. Overall a very satisfying experience

Had lovely dinner tonight Chachacha Mexican restaurant in holland village with my friend to celebrate my post bday. I enjoyed all the dishes specially the chimichanga, tequila honey wings and tortillas. Must try their frozen margaritas. Thank you Jonnel, manager for being a good host. He is very pleasant and accommodating. Will definitely recommend to friends and will come back for the quesadilla next time, looks good but I’m too full to try.. 🤭😅
