Not actually customer friendly for 1st time dining. Here is the reason why: 1. We didn't get menu after seated for quick a while. I got it for ourselves from que desk. 2. Nobody guided us how to order, different restaurent have different method of order. We have submitted the order through app, wait for more than half hour, then just realizing no food is coming. Then we tried to make the payment, which I think this is how the thing should work after we waited for more than half hour. 3. I called 3 times, at 1130 am, 1145 am, and 12 pm to ask for reservation and usual crowd, no but one pick up

We served by 2 of the most dedicated servers. Liana and Lixi. Very good Customer Service and always smiling making diners comfortable dining over here. Kudos to the organisation for having such employees in making us feel good dining over.

Came around 6pm on a weekday and the place wasn’t crowded, so getting a seat was easy. I ordered the fiery chicken, which tasted like the usual Astons fare — decent, predictable, nothing to complain about. They also had a special menu item, the turkey spaghetti, but honestly it was disappointing. It looked plain and tasted just like a simple bolognese, definitely not worth the $15. For something marketed as a special dish, I expected more effort and flavour. Other than that, the experience was normal, nothing particularly special or outstanding. It’s fine if you’re already familiar with Astons and just want something predictable, but the special items could use a lot more work.

Food average, first ever had salmon with so many bones, house salad soso, the best is their potato salad, crispy fried chicken over fried, too dry. lemon lime chicken not bad, tender. surprisingly non stop queue.

Had a variety of dishes including mushroom soup, spaghetti, chicken wings, nachos, and main courses. The food was enjoyable, and it was nice being able to try different items from the menu. The ambience was relaxed and comfortable, making it a good place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience and I would definitely come back again.

Outstanding customer service. Everyone was polite, professional, and helpful. The service was fast and efficient. We had a wonderful dining experience. Thank you Chelyn and Rose to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Enjoy the food

Waited for 25 minutes and informed three different staff members but still Waiting. Finally One of the staff apologised and promised to compensate free mushroom soup for my wait, but in the end the soup didn’t come, after checking with the staff who promised, she said manager told her not to give. What is this?? Not that I greedy for the free soup but is the attitude and service that piss me off.
