initial part was ok until my son vomited and we flagged the staf and then the staff didnt do anything just go back to the counter there discuss and doesnt act on it and we have to finish the food with the vomit next to us also this outlet green tea is not refilable lucky i bought another drink. sad i know sukiya meant to be fast food but this is too much to let diners eat with vomit while they could have clean it. well probably no sop on that? or better give us the mop to mop?

This wonderful nutritious meal was only $10.80 (inclusive of GST, no service charge. With an onsen egg, vegetables, protein, and even probiotics (kimchi)! Pro-tip 1: Get the Aosa Miso Soup instead of the normal miso soup. The set upgrade of $0.20 gives you aosa seaweed in your soup. Pro-tip 2: Get the Okra side dish for $1.80 to add even more to the vitamin intake. It comes with a generous portion of bonito flakes.

Decent Japanese food but taste was abit off that day

Had beef and unagi bowl yesterday and as usual, it was a hearty meal! Yummy

I just ate half a piece of uncooked chicken there. When i told the waiter, he showed no expression, never say anything and just took it back, returning later with another bowl of fried chicken, put on my table and left without saying anything or expression on his face. I was so disgusted and left without eating anymore.

I had a great experience here! The staff was attentive and sat us promptly. Although my hand unfortunately got stained by a sticky table upon seating, I signaled for help and a waiter immediately came over to clean it. Above and beyond, he also returned with extra tissues for me to clean my hand fully. Kudos to such quick and thoughtful service! And, no service tax! What more could you ask for?

I left without eating. Wanted to check if my payment went through because there was a lapse of the app. My bank went through already. Present my order to the staff and staff says no order. Staff was not helpful in checking my order. Counter questioning spoils my appetite already.

Fresh and affordable beef bowls (only $4.50 for a small bowl). Kid’s meal and small size available - a great family friendly option! Decent matcha latte ($4.50). Best of all, they have a hand washing station within the restaurant. Take away ordering kiosk available! Located in level B1.
