Rainbowl Poke

I'm having one dish here. It's delicious, cozy, and the staff are nice and sweet. Keep in mind that not everyone can hear or speak. Be respectful and patient. The menu has sign language on the last page, which is very nice. You can order using the QR code on the table. All the dishes are listed with photos, which is very convenient. For some reason, few people use the QR code. Everything is very simple and clear there. You scan the card, look at the menu, add it to your order, and confirm. They bring everything to you. You pay at the checkout. Hope this is helpful. From my experience, many people have trouble ordering. The paper menu isn't the most user-friendly or intuitive.

I ordered a smoothie bowl on Grab from here. It costs more than most places, so I expected good quality. It arrived completely melted, basically a soup, with almost no toppings. I messaged the restaurant through Grab to let them know, and all I got was “we’re sorry…” before they closed the chat. No refund, no offer to fix it, nothing. For the price, this was really disappointing, and the way they handled it made it worse. I won’t be ordering again.

This place has a special staff, and when I first came here, I wanted to hug everyone who works there. All the staff are hearing and speech impaired, but they will do everything to ensure you're satisfied and well-fed. I really like the bools here; the portions are large and delicious. I also always ask for my dish without sauce, and they take that into account. A huge plus for me is that they pour you water as soon as you sit down. It's always cozy here, despite the large number of guests, but everyone tries not to disturb each other. And the menu is a whole life. If you don't know what you want to eat, you'll spend a long time studying it. In the evening, this place takes on a very romantic atmosphere.

I visited thinking it would be a good experience for the children, who rarely have the opportunity to interact with people with hearing impairments. After assessing the situation, the children looked up sign language online to greet them, but were disappointed to learn that expressions vary by country. An English-speaking staff member provided guidance, and ordering is done via QR code. There were many menu items, but the text was small, so they were hard to read. (It would be better if there were pictures!) The food was pretty and delicious, and I enjoyed the meal. However, it was a bit too salty for my taste. Everything about Rainbow Bowl was great, right down to checking if everything was okay after the meal. It would be really great if they could make the food just a little less salty.

Everything was great the first time, so much so that we returned a second time. We got cold miso soup, spoiled sour coconut, poke bowls with sticky rice, two small pieces of fish, and a full cup of ginger. The staff were polite and pleasant, but we won't be back.

Poke at its finest.. when your done or need a break from the local foods and a burger just isn't cutting it.... Rainbow Poke will hit the spot, super fresh custom flavors all packed into a bowl. It's fresh and flavorful, dynamic and fun... The building itself has personality and the staff are 99% of that energy, it's quirky and eclectic. The arrangement has a great flow, the stall will bring you to your table and hand you a menu.. from there you can scan the QR code at the table and order through your phone or the staff will come over and take it.. it's super fast. Within minutes our 2 bowels and beverages were on our table.. I believe one of the coolest things about the menu was they offer different size bowls of food, S, M & L, I was able to add and subtract items from the menu items and the food was delivered accordingly, a great spot to escape the heat and have a fresh Poke bowl.. 🫶

We ordered one Rainbowl Poke in the smallest size available on the menu and even though there were two of us, we could barely finish it. We had just arrived after a long trip and hadn't eaten since the day before, so we were really hungry, but the portion was still very generous. We also ordered the Rainbowl Smoothie Bowl. There wasn't an option to choose the size, only the standard portion, and it was huge! It was delicious, but definitely enough to leave us completely full. For drinks, we tried the Salt Coffee and the Caramel Banana Coffee. I especially loved the C. Banana Coffee, it was amazing! The cafe is cool and comfortable and everything was very clean. The staff communicate through gestures and were kind and welcoming, which didn’t affect our experience at all. Everything we ordered was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

As someone currently learning ASL I was drawn to Rainbowl Poke when I read about ‘A Quiet Place’. The staff working here are hard of hearing or deaf, I enjoyed watching them communicate with eachother in Vietnamese sign. The food was excellent, we had two make your own poke bowls and the beef and pineapple fried rice. I would highly recommend for the food and the cool and inclusive concept. Everyone was kind and helpful, they answered all our questions and accommodated for my friend’s gluten allergy.
