The food here is disappointing at this branch. Xiao long bao is dry. Noodle is taste less. Fried rice is not up to DTF standard. One food edible is the fried prawn cake. Very noisy place. Parents let children watching cartoons very loudly. Not recommended branch or place. People like to cut Q here especially M Benzs and BMWs. This mall also not recommended. Very run down. Smelly car park and many spoiled elevators.

The waiters were very friendly and helpful. I recommend the taro mochi soup dumplings ✨️ They were delicious!

Visited on 1st June Lin Wei was amazing and really went above and beyond! My partner has a peanut allergy and he took the initiative to check which dishes would not be suitable for us and even provided us with a ordering chit indicating which items contain peanuts! Thank You to Lin Wei and the rest of the service staff for the incredible service ☺️ Has to be one of the best DTF outlets I’ve been to, honestly thought I was dining at HDL

Used to order the hot and soup almost every week after my work , but today the soup was too watery and ever feedback to the staff too, yet still received the soup so watery , inside ingredients was lesser than before ever had. Standard drop so disappointing not worth the price , lucky the customer service still remained good service , hope my future visit the soup will have better improvement thanks

Firstly, two different staff members bumped into both my dad and mum during service, yet neither apologised. Secondly, when serving dessert, they placed new plates and spoons on the table without clearing our dirty plates first, which felt quite messy and inattentive. Thirdly, around 8.40pm, a staff member came over to ask if they could clear our saucer plates, which gave us the impression that we were being rushed to finish up before closing. Lastly, during payment, the staff mentioned there was a POSB discount, so I tried using my card. The transaction did not go through due to a machine/card issue, but the staff simply gave an unfriendly look as though my card had a problem, which felt quite uncomfortable and unprofessional. I hope the management can look into these service issues and provide better training to the staff, as basic courtesy and attentiveness would greatly improve the dining experience for customers. Overall, the service experience did not feel welcoming at all, especially when dining with elderly parents.

It's not Din Tai Fung at all; the skin wasn't cooked through and still tasted like flour, and the noodles weren't flavorful either.
