After Hours Gelato

Went in at about 11pm ish… we asked if the ribena flavour was still available because the container looked empty and they said yes but without the lychee jelly! I was fine with that… But i was served with a melted and unappealing cup of ice cream?? like look at the photo haha wts i didn’t even pick up to eat it and its alr melted??? and honestly after trying it.. it tasted like FRIDGEEEEEEE omg i cnt like uk when u leave something there for hours in fridge ya literally given the left overs its just a mixture of melted ice cream and super frozen solid ice …. The wang zai one on the other hand is not bad!! It’s quite decent and presentation was 👍🏼👍🏼 I’d say service was fine… but didn’t really feel welcomed when in the store, we just stood there and wait haha I mean i’ve always been coming here for late night ice cream & standards are all good and also because it closes late hence the 3 star… but if this standard continues; i really wouldnt consider wasting my time traveling here again

Hello After Hours owner, this is my 3rd visit, while I think your team serve decent ice cream, have nice mochi waffle, please understand service is always the crucial part in F&B industry and for longevity. I totally felt unwelcome, your girls have no smile, give off a very unwilling attitude. I am unsure if training will be given but I do think After hours can score better with decent customer service. Ice cream taste decent, still, I sincerely hope your team can improve on the customer service at West Coast outlet.

Disappointing experience overall after wanting to try this place out for a while. The staff at the counter were very passive and even though we waited patiently for the staff to be done with customers ahead, they didn’t even bother acknowledging us until I had to actually approach them first. Then when I asked if I could sample 4 different flavours (sharing among friends and we were the only ones in the queue at this time so we were not being obnoxious ok), the staff reacted in a way that felt uncalled for. “Um..that’s a lot but okay..” ??? Anyway, the ice creams were the main cause of the disappointment. Flavours were not as strong as they could be and quite flat overall. The churro mochi waffle was ok, not bad not great. I guess it’s an acceptable place for a late night ice-cream and waffle craving and that’s about it.

Was craving something sweet late at night and ended up here for supper with a friend. The gelato was a little too sweet for my liking, but still enjoyable overall. We ordered the mochi waffle with two scoops of gelato — the waffle was perfectly golden brown, crispy on the outside, and soft, chewy, and gooey on the inside (so good). 🤤 We also tried their iced chocolate and iced matcha latte. Unfortunately, the matcha didn’t meet my standards, so I wouldn’t recommend it, but the iced chocolate was decent. This dessert spot gets really crowded at night, so be prepared to wait a while for your order and a seat!💕💕

Ah gosh....limited flavours and 1 of 4 toppings not available (rainbow sprinkle)!! Seriously disappointing...I think the selling point is really after hours, after dark as name implies - closing late.

Decent price. Warm and cosy place to chill. However, i think there should be more seats provided because when i came today, there was a huge family occupying up to 8 tables (5 inside and 3 outside) Of which, 5 of the tables inside, none of them were eating or drinking anything when i arrived or even LONG DONE with their drinks but did not move for a long time. At one point, there were 4 groups of people standing around waiting for seats and they had no courtesy to move/make space. I had to sit outside, which was hot and stuffy, and even more noisy because it is right next to Le White Bar's side entrance/exit. The staff also was not clearing tables, to a point i had to clear up my table for them.
