Nice mala but did not turn on ac beside the window.

Food was delicious but could not be enjoyed as we felt unwelcomed by the staff. They kept hovering around us like we were robbing the place, would appreciate if the customer service can be improved to be more welcoming and customer oriented. Furthermore, the air conditioning was not turned on at all, customers from other tables were sweating and holding their hair up during their meal, it was a really mediocre experience overall and i am really disappointed. Hope changes can be made and staff can be changed.

I love malatang and I believe Hot Hideout has the best malatang! The staff are also extremely helpful and friendly which makes my experience here very good!

The food was good, atmosphere was nice and the service was excellent. Would recommend!

It has very fresh ingredients and nice flavourss. I really liked the mala collagen soup.
