📍A Hot Hideout Ngl, this Mala Xiang Guo broke my healthy dieting spell. 😅 I was delighted to see the lotus roots that I ordered transformed into crispy, crunchy snacks. I also tried the fried potato which was so addictive! AHH mlxg is good for diners who can take level up spicy mala and 重口味 strong flavours. My siao la is two chillis up for me. 🥵 They also serve fried mantou which is interesting. The cheese otah is damn good, get it deep fried. We like the dry version the best! They can deep fry the mantou, lotus root and potato into chips. We had the collagen mala soup. It was very drinkable and not so ‘qiang’ or spicy. Flavourful Thai milk tea as well. Finally understand the hype since it’s my first time here!

love the mala stir-fry and the mala collagen broth. their thai milk tea is a must have if you're eating the stirfry haha :) adding scrambled eggs to the stirfry is so good !! def recommended hehe also the fried lotus root chips and their special spice blend is to die for 😍😍 love that its fairly open and well lit due to the floor to ceiling windows. also not too noisy and decent amount of seating. food comes out quite fast hehe. they price it by weight entirely and dont differentiate between veggies and meats and carbs which is rly great if ur bigbacking
