this lady is outrageous. i asked for the mozerella cheese instead of the sliced cheese and she gave me a sprinkle. after asking if i could get more she proceeds to ask another worker to do it properly and scoop the cheese w the scoop. after the other worker does a proper scoop she’s asks him in malay to shake of the cheese which is suppose to be the standard sop of mozzarella. i understand the store was really busy but i dont think this should be the way it is.

Bad experience with the Indian staff at Subway NUS. As a student on campus, I am often at Subway and have been faced by rude attitude by the Indian staff. When I politely asked to change his gloves after making a meat order as my order was vegetarian, he slammed the bread cabinet door and made a loud disapproving sound. This is extremely disrespectful to Indians and their cultural and religious beliefs that vegetarian and non-vegetarian segregation of orders is not followed. Please change your veg, non-veg care policies.

I was going to this shop as it's inside university town, this is one of the option for me. but experience is very bad most of time, In terms of quality of food and attitude of their staff. There is a one lady, who doesn't even know basics of selling, respecting to customers, and talks in a very rude way. Food quality is extremely bad compared to many other subway in Singapore, oven is not heating food at all, most of time I got cold meals

Subway Utown has been my go-to lunch. I've never been served without a smiling face, always making my day. Huge kudos to Akwa, LeHaran and Aaron for taking good care of me, serving fresh subs and wishing me well for exams. Also their cookie has been really good lately

Very rude staff. So unpleasant attitudes and were shouting. When I was asking about a discount he shouted “just tap your card and pay”. Floors are always dirty and wet and it makes me question the hygiene of this place. It’s a shame because the food is actually good. Not coming here again!

The indian staff attitude was really bad. he even told the customer "u want to talk or u want to order". and the chinese staff packed the sandwichs rlly badly. their communication was off and they kept blaming the customers for not queing up properly and even shouting at them.

They have absolutely no customer service attitude. Definitely use the app and don't communicate with these people.

Service was fast and food was good. Staff were friendly
