The escalator works 14 days in a year but 351 days is not working. Floods when rain. A very low budget maintained place.

I recommend this place for people who are looking for good maids as there are many maid agency outlets here. There is also a food court and a few tuition centres. There is also a pet daycare centre and pet shops. The mall is a bit old though. If your looking to cool down on a hot day, this is not a place to cool down as there is no air conditioning. There is Pizza Hut there too and other restaurants.

Is convenient for buying things, have alot of coffee shop. Grocery shop, hardware shop. BUT THE WORST THING IS TOILET IS SUPER DUPER DIRTY, HYGIENE VERY BAD AND SMELLY. STILL WANT TO COLLECT 20cents.

The escalators from B1 to Level 1 and from Level 1 to Level 2 are frequently not working. The service lift is also programmed to stop at Level 1 by default, which is inconvenient. Overall, the facilities are very poorly maintained.

Very horrible experience here. The underground carpark Cashcard nets machine over charged us 3 times EXTRA because it could not read the OBU machine Initially. We physically took the card out and scanned at the machine and finally left. Once we had LEFT the carpark, it deducted it an extra 3 times. Very disappointing and there is not way to get our refund and no option to speak with anyone about this.
